Hi @Denisa ,
Unfortunately, that's not something you can do in standard. The employeedata.htm file is generated by the client with a fixed set of merge fields - company info, personal data, employment and salary info. You can pick and choose which of those go into your template, but you can't push in data from other entities.
I you don't have access to it here are the supported fields:
-Company Information
Company Name, Association No, Company Address (all fields due to the company address presentation set up), Company Address1, Company Address2, Company Zip Code, Company City, Company State, Company County, Company Country, Company Phone, Company Fax, Company Email
-Employees Personal Information:
First Name, Last Name, Address, Address1, Address2, Zip Code, City, State, County, Country, Gender, Date of Birth, Place of Birth
-Employment Related Information:
Emp No, Date of Employment, Date of Leaving, Employment Comments, Work Time, Leaving Cause, Date Start Position, Date End Position, Position Title, Job Title, Manager Name, Manager Job Title, Salary per Year, Salary per Month, Salary per Hour, Salary Amount, Salary Period, Salary Pay Frequency, Salary Currency Code
If you need more than what's there, a few options:
-Build an operational report in Report Designer / Report Studio instead. You control the data model, so no field limit.
-Pull the data with a Quick Report or custom SQL and do the merge outside IFS.
-If it really has to stay in the Generate Document flow, raise a CRIM to get the data source extended. I found that another partner went that way for the same gap in this topic: https://community.ifs.com/hcm-human-capital-management-payroll-38/generate-document-from-employee-file-cloud-21r2-not-creating-html-23975
Hope that helps,
Gleb
