Send SMS button in task screen disabled in web client

Hi All , 

I raised this question as per customer concern . As shown in Send SMS image this send SMS feature only enabled in Smart client and it is hidden using below FSM client script

So can you please provide is  there any specific  reason behind this as I see this is not implemented for web client comment in description also can you able to suggest me any other solution to achieve this since customer needs alternative way .

The SMS integration uses Windows-specific legacy code in the Smart Client and is deliberately not implemented for the Web Client. This would be considered an enhancement request. Please submit this enhancement request to https://community.ifs.com/ideas where it will be considered for a future release.
