I have an operation for which no signoffs are required on a subtask. In Card View, though, there are icons that can be misinterpreted that a sign-off is required. Why are these visible?

The functionality is the same in card view as in list/table view. All subtasks can be signed off. When setting it up as “Sign Off Required” the subtask must be signed off before the operation can be closed, else it can be closed without the sign offs.
Maybe you can add a field to the card to see whether sign of is required or not?
