Mobile Customizer not publishing on a profile - 15.4 UAT

Hi - we have a 15.4 UAT profile where nothing happens when we try to access a Mobile Customizer profile (Staging or live). All we get is a blank screen. Any tips?

        Side note: This issue is fixed in the upcoming V15.4.8.0 Maintenance Release for Mobile Edge (so you won’t need to enable GIS on the profile to resolve the issue after that build is installed).
