I’m having problems logging into the portal.  I haven’t used it in a while and it won’t allow me to reset my password.  I get “Invalid Username or User has not been approved. Please type your IFS username correctly and try again.” when I submit my username.

 

I even tried to “register” but it says my username and email address already exist.

usually, after 6 months you have to change your password. If you don’t change it you can’t login after expiration.

You have to reset it here: IFS Password Reset (ifsworld.com)


Hi @talcaraz - Can you tell me which portal you’re looking at? Were you able to get your password reset with the info shared above?


Thank for your replies.  Because I hadn’t used the account in a very long time, I had to contact our account manager at IFS to get the account reactivated.
