Long wage code set to false? How to set to True

We have 7 companies in our Environment, for 6 we do no have a problem when we have created and saved our 5 digit wage code.

But when we try and save the one for this company, the following error appears. Where could we go to change it to true?

The setting is defined in the Wage Class Page.
