Hi Community,This is related to findings in an internal audit.As per an internal audit observation within our company, the system lacks controls related to 3 Way Matching of Supplier Invoices.We need to understand the standard functionality offered by IFS related to 3 Way Matching of Supplier Invoices-Do we have the option to define tolerance in terms of price and qty while matching supplier invoices?-Does the system put any holds on invoices entry if the matching is outside the defined tolerances?-If any holds are put how to authorize entry of invoice outside tolerance limits?So, is there any possibility for above?

We want to use a general intake script for Customer Support Orders using the the Question Tree Builder. The script should be followed when the CallTaker registers an order. The script has defined questions to be answered for each Customer Support Order when registrated to determine the correct order settings before being processed by the agents in the Support process. But how do we make answering a Question Tree mandatory when creating and/or when an order assignment is done? Of course we prefer the possibility to use both situations.

Hi, when adding Object of Services line to Customer Contract is it valid to enter products with same serial number for customer/site. When opening the items list from the service order generated from this contract its getting an error with Duplicate Records problem with more than one record have same value of item. Do we need to cancel on of the OOS lines with duplicate serial numbers to get rid of this error.Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks,Akila

We were in progress of debugging why a certain data migration job was not importing data correctly and we got a couple of issues/bugs while debugging.  Attribute string fieldWe wanted to use the attribute string to verify if the data was read correctly BUT it looks like the attribute string is cuttoff at a certain size? (1922 chars?)This is quite tricky as we could not debug if the data went in or not? View Temporary table created by job?When creating a job with CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE it seems its impossible to view the table created by this job? For example with Quick reports?   

Hey guys, My first post here so please let me know if I’ve posted in the wrong thread or missed any information required to explain my issue in greater detail. When running MRP, you have a dialog box that has the option to run CRP alongside in a tick box, I tick this but the data seems to be missing from CRP, or it doesn’t actually run possibly?We have to wait until the system automatically runs CRP overnight until we can see any changes made in MRP, reflected in CRP. Is there any way around this, other than just having to wait it out? Kind regards,Martin.

Is there a way to schedule virtual service jobs (phone call)?  i.e. How can we schedule jobs through the Appointment Booking screen in FSM, where the job has a duration (ex. 30 minute job duration), but don’t need to calculate or include travel time, such that the jobs are scheduled back to back? 

I am trying to pass a value from a column named “PART_NO” from an element. Under Element Preview, there is parameter name “PART_NO”. When I tried to pass it, it displayed “null”. I am not sure what I did wrong. Please advise.

We are using IFS APP10 UPD13 and would like to send automatically an email to the customer with the customer invoice PDF attached in the email as soon as the invoice is create.I am new to IFS so bear with me. I am a quick learner but this one got me baffled. I have read a lot of threads regarding sending reports by email but none have helped me get the job done. My understanding is that when the invoice is created, the PDF is created. The PDF is then available in Report Archive.I have tried through Event Action with CREATE_INVOICE as the trigger. I get the email but I do not know what parameter to provide to get the appropriate PDF attached.I have tried through Event Action with PDF_REPORT_CREATED as the trigger and REPORT_TITLE = Invoice as the condition. I do not get any emails even though PDFs of invoices are created (visible in report archive).I have tried through Report Rules but got lost trying.Thank you in advance for your help.  

Dear Community MemberWe have added 2 custom attributes in ResourcesNow based on first ID attribute LOV selected, would like the Name to be automatically populated.ID LOV is person ID Name we would like PersonName to be automatically filled, as soon as Person ID is selected in ID LOV. Below are some screenshot of configuration, can you please advise how Person Name can be autofilled.  in Resource Details, we selected coach id, ie person id, this should autofill CoachName ie Person Name.

In Aurena’s search header, we have a field for “City” and “Name” in our Customer - CRM form page. I checked both fields and they are not custom fields.I noticed that when we add “City” as a search field from the “More” drop down menu, the field will stay in the header after I have logged out then back in.When I add “Name” as a search field from the “More” drop down menu, the field does not stay in the header after I have logged out then back in.Is Aurena supposed to keep the user’s chosen fields in the search header after they have logged in and out (without using the saved search option)?

We are currently testing 15.4, and have an issue in the Web EMployee Portal. Every time we log on, we get the following error (3 times). The message pops up every 10 minutes (I assume from refreshing ). If I log on with the Employee Portal Browser (as Customizer), no errors are flagged: On the server we get this in the log:Here’s the query that fails. I think I may have found the issue. But how to fix this?  

I'm currently in the process of defining and creating out permission sets. For finance, I have a general functional set that grants read-only access to all projections downstream of the three “Financial%” navigator tree headings.When I checked the access to the "Month End Process" lobby in the IFS, I found that the "Depreciation Proposals" and "Overall Status" elements are broken (Assuming the former feeds the latter). I thought that clicking on these elements to navigate to their data and then using the debug menu to find the projection that is required for these elements would work, but in this case, the "DepreciationProposalsHandling" projection was already granted and the elements are still broken.Can anyone offer guidance on how to find out what projection is needed for these elements and for other IFS Created Lobby / Lobby elements?

Hello TeamI apply a certain Template ID to one item code per process and change status to “Active”, but when go back to check “Template-where used”, I can find nothing, and go to that item code’s control plan, the “Template ID” is empty as well. Is there any step being missed, or any other setting need to do? can someone help to pick up and have feedback. ThanksSusan  

I was trying to understand the differences between IFS Cloud (i.e. 22r2) custom attributes and Apps 10 custom fields. Mainly looking for details around Read Only attributes. I want to try to minimize the chance any new fields we make in 10 will be translatable to IFS Cloud.Yes, I looked in the docs.ifs.com site, in the technical docs, tailoring section. But I get 404’s when I get down to the details on attributes.Better yet would be a guide kind of like the word doc from Apps 8 or 9 era.
