Hi Community!Is there already any development on place for managing rights in IFS?Finance related if we want a user has 2 roles for a specific entity, he/she will get both roles in all the entities assigned. Is there any possibility to handle rights based on entity and not on user? Thanks!Giuliana

I created a custom report using IFS Developer Studio.   When I deployed the .rdf to the target database, the report itself was created and registered in the application.  The _RPI, _REP, and _RPT  database objects were also created.If I want to (or must) use IFS Developer Studio to remove the report from the target instance, what is the best practice to do so?   I see that I can make the entire model obsolete, but I also want to remove (not just ungrant) the report and drop the database objects.I also see the following procedures but I’m unsure if I should incorporate these into my existing rdf so that when it’s deployed to the target instance the objects are removed. report_sys.remove_report_definitiondatabase_sys.remove_packagedatabase_sys.remove_tabledatabase_sys.remove_view

Hi,In APPS10, we’re getting this error when trying to perform an inventory movement. Upon checking the inventory location, it appears that it’s because Bay Route Order, Row Route Order and Tier Route Order are NULL.This is odd as the location’s Bay ID, Row ID and Tier ID are populated so I would expect the route orders to have the same value.Bay ID, Row ID, Tier IDBay Route Order, Row Route Order, Tier Route OrderI’m not able to use a migration job to populate these fields as they’re not stored values. Is there a way to almost refresh/re-execute the package methods to update the route order fields with the correct values? The packages used for these fields are:&AO.Warehouse_Bay_API.Get_Route_Order, &AO.Warehouse_Bay_Row_API.Get_Route_Order and &AO.Warehouse_Bay_Tier_API.Get_Route_OrderThis seems to be happening to quite a lot of inventory location records. Any help would be appreciated.

While upgrading the FSM from http to https using installer, getting error “Port number does not Match with configured Site binging, Please specify a valid port number” Current setup :FSM Smartclient and web client are working in Port 80 [ http].IFSMobileService is working in 443 port with https How to upgrade the FSM SmatClient and webClient to work in only https with 443. Though FSM webclient and smart client are opening in https externally, internally in config everywhere its 80.  Thanks in advance.  

Looking to add an approval workflow or routing to an MRB case.  Not sure if that would include using a checklist or not but goal is to provide approvals and additional reviews depending on the specific disposition for excess.  

Trying to book manual supplier invoice we get this error message: Field [AUTH_ID] is mandatory for Payment Plan and requires a valueWe had booked many manual invoices for this supplier, without issues.The difference is: this time there are more lines than one.Did anyone face this issue? Good evening, I am currently working on ways to utilise the Action Processor feature within assyst.I’m having a few issues and have some questions, if anybody could assist that’d be really appreciated. How can I fetch the description of an incident within an action processor rule, I’ve tried EVENT_DESC and EVENT_DESCRIPTION. In addition to the variable required, is there a page in particular that lists all available variables? If a variable doesn’t exist in the (hopefully existing) list mentioned above, is it possible to create them via the Action_Processor_conf- if so, is there a list of in-depth variables to pull from? All assistance is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi ,I have Project ID as a parameter in my lobby .When I leave it blank , it populate ALL records .If I enter a Project ID, it will populate records related to this project. This is all fine until now as I am using this condition   project_id like nvl('$Project$', '%')but now I want to populate all records where Project_id is blank  so I tried to enter !% in my lobby filter but it didn’t return any records.How can I update my condition to return records with project_id =  no value . Thanks

This is one for a Finance or Rental process expert.When there is a receipt of PO rental line, it creates an accrual booking. Posting Type M218.This PO receipt booking can be matched to a supplier invoice.The Rental line PO receipt is therefore similar to inventory / non inventory part "Received not Invoiced" however it does not appear on the standard "Received not invoiced report". Where can we see list of the unmatched Rental PO receipts (Rental GRNI)?

I created a quick report in IFS App 9 and want to schedule it to be sent as a spreadsheet monthly.As per IFS documentation I set up an Application Server Task and a task schedule. Hi Team,when creating CO Lines with two different Supply Codes Invent Order and Purch Order Trans:Than release the order and check the Shipment lines: So the next Step in Shipment Flow should be “Reserve, Create Pick List” and not “Create Pick List” because the second line with Purch Order Transit is not arrived and reserved. When testing same behavior but with both of CO lines with Supply Code “Invent order”: than release and check the shipment lines: → so in this case the next step is correct, the second line is not reserved and I can see It also in the next step.

PM Maintenance Plan Due Date calculation is NOT CLEAR.PM Maintenance plan, next planned value is calculated based on , either(a) The Last Measurement at Maintenance(b) The Predicted Value at Maintenancewhen performed Value Base is YES. The calculation for Planned value is clear using 2 fomulars, but it is not clear how the Due date is calculated.It says, LENEAR REGRESSION is used to calculate the Due Dates of the maintenance plan based on the planned value.we did some testing using some measurements created but linear graph we drawn using Ms.Excel is not matching with the maintenance plan due dates.Does anyone of you know how the Due date is calculated using LENEAR REGRESSION. If you know any equation, please help me. 

Hi All,I’m trying to add a new logical printer to the APP75 application.Defined new printer in Logical Printers I have modified the ifs-printagent-config.xml file with the new printer. Stopped and started print agent service. stopped and added the new logical printer into the ‘Application Server Task - Processing Print Job’ and then started.When I print a report using Order report, I can see a new print job created in the Print Manager window with the status ‘REMOTE_WORKING’.But after a few seconds status will change to ‘ERROR’ status.PDFL Exception: 0x40040007:Could not open the specified printer. I could see the below lines in the log file. How can I verify this printer is connected/ shared correctly?Kindly advise me. Thank you in Advance.
