Hi All, Is it possible to adjust the swipe functionality whithin the FSM iOS app?We disabled the option to delete a row within a list. But it’s still possible to preform the swipe action in iOS. Which btw does notihing, which is confussing for the users.

I am trying to check the route of the Person from home base to first Task. Lat/long is set on Person an d Task related Place record, address is correctly set with Lat/long. But still route is not getting plotted between Person to First Tasks. But, when I assign second task to same Person, route is visible. Is this the right behaviour or someting is missing to be configuered Between Resource and Tasks no route is plotted Between two tasks route gets plotted

I have deployed a new Quick Report in our environment and when users try to run this report from Aurena they get an error message stating that they need the DEFINE SQL system privilege.  Do they truly need this permission?  This was never required in IEE and I do not want to give users system privileges unless absolutely necessary.  Thanks

In a company A, there are two sites (Site1&Site2). The maint org. of Site1 create a fault report and the maint org. of site2 should execute. The two sites are two différent business units. What setup (Main org., resources,..) do I need to make this possible?

Having an Upgrade von IFS Applications 8 to IFS Cloud we faced a strange occurence.During the first upgrades, there had been no issue displaying the attachments in the system. Now, for this environment, the attachments are just not working.Here you can see some details from the system in the current state.  Attachments not available  Documents are not available Trying to view a document results in an error   Error while downloading the file. Failed to connect to FTP ServerRepository is set to FTP     On DEV environment the repository address is a different one       And on DEV everything is working fine. Attachements are displayed without issues. It is not clear, why the attachements are not shown. Any idea regarding that? The documentation does not give a hint about this functionality.Addition to that: No attachments are working in the whole system. This is not connected to the object connections. Adding a screenshot of the pods as wellKind regardsTT  

We are upgrading from Apps9 to IFSCloud but run into issues trying to get the database to upgrade. The only upgrade that works is from the original Buid-Home on 22.1.4 but it was my understandign that recreating the build-home would allow me to upgrade directly to 22.2.4 without going through the intervening steps, however all I get is database errors, especially in INSTALLATION_SYS and DATABASE_SYS as if its missing data in the buildI can upgrade the inital 22.1.4 build but I have to use the --set deliveryValidationEnabled=false parameter as my baseline delivery IDs are mismatching and I’m unsure what the purpose of the deliveries without Baselines is.I’m sure I am missing a part of the process but not sure which part so any advice would be great.

I’m working in IFS Developer Studio in a Cloud 21.2.9 environment deploying new operational reports and uplifting existing custom operational reports.  In my .rdf, there is a place for the report definition which uses Report_Sys to create the Report Definition in the application.  I’d like to create the report layout entry at the same time so it doesn’t need to be created manually in the application.  I realize that I’ll still need to import the actual layout in the application but I’m trying to skip the step of having someone manually create the layout entry after the report is delivered to the various customer instances.I’m looking for advice on what the best practice is to accomplish this.  I did find that there is a Report_SYS.Define_Report_Layout_  procedure which I can put in the report definition section of my .rdf and which will create the layout entry.  The only issue is that it creates the entry with Design Time  set to TRUE.  I’ve found that this makes it impossible to delet

Good Morning,  We recently converted a location from a legacy system (discontinued) to IFS Apps 10 and need to complete a Customer credit that was originally in said legacy system.  Is it possible to create a Misc Credit in IFS that is not tied to a Customer Order for a Customer? Thank You

Hello, Is there any way to have formatting when we write guidelines? It is a shame that it is so basic… Even Windows Sticky notes have more formatting options!  

We have recently upgraded to FSM6 from Metrix5. in Metrix we added lines to the request description field (request.cust_prob_descr) using SQL Agent jobs, and started each added line with a CHAR(13) carriage return. in FSM we are unable to make changes to any other request field via the User Interface (desktop client) on any request where one of these lines with a carriage return has been added. On Save we get an FSM Error message on a pop-up with the statement:“Row(request_request, ([request_id])) was changed after it was selected. Reselect and try again.”If we remove the carriage return on Excel and reimport the description, or if we remove the carriage return with a sql update then we are able to modify the request again using the User Interface. Unfortunately we require the added information lines and the carriage returns in the description for our mobile application. Therefore we want to be able to make changes to any request field AND keep our char(13) in the description field.Any
