IFS Cloud Time Clock - cannot set default absence wage+absence wage codes is not in LOV

Hi, I have 2 issues with TimeClock in Cloud. 

1. Cannot set default absence wage code

I use object OUT ABSENCE. I set Init Value to 400 for absence wage code.

In time clock I hit the button for Absence Out

There should be default wage code 400, according to settings in Init Value but it is empty instead.

2. Absence Wage Code LOV is empty

​​​​​​​The same button OUT ABSENCE. LOV for absence wage code is empty.

There are wage codes type Absence set for this company and wage class.

Same behaviour is for object name IN ABSENCE and FUTURE ABSENCE. 

Is there some extra settings that wasnt previously required in app10?
