Can I exclude closed orders from the Activity Tracking Module?

Hi,

I was just testing SU4, which fixes the issue of not being able to open order in history from the Activity tracking module, which works well BUT is there any way we can exclude closed orders from the list, so we can concentrate only on open Service Orders?  

I would like a way to exclude them in my search or a way to identify the order status in the search list, so i can avoid opening those that are already done with.

Hi Chris,

I believe you should be able to exclude the activities for orders in history with this setting:

 

 

From the Field Service Queues.pdf document:

 

 

Note, you can also filter to a range of demand status as well the two columns to the left in the screen shot.

For example Demand Status <= Resolved should get you only the actionable orders as beyond that is completed, invoiced, etc.
