Is there any other way to undo a pre-ship delivery note used in the two-stage picking process, other than adding a new line to the customer order and picking, which then invalidates the current pre-ship delivery note?

Hi @VALJTWEEDY ,

In two-stage picking process as the customer orders delivers are handled in a shipment location, the discrepancies that might occur (picked parts are broken, wrong parts picked, etc.) are handled with the standard shipment location functionality.

So the other option to undo pre-shipment delivery note or to modify the existing one, you can go to inventory part in shipment inventory and perform return/scrap/move then system will prompt with the below message. If you choose Yes, then new pre-shipment delivery note is create and choose No to invalidate the existing pre-shipment delivery note.

Hope this helps!!

Hi Mithun,

Thanks for this information. To confirm, aside from these three options to return/scrap/move, there is no other way to undo a pre-ship delivery note, correct?

Thank you,

Hi @VALJTWEEDY ,

As far I know, we don't think we have other options apart from these 2.
