how to connect the document requirement id to a Project, and Activity

Hello,

I have created a document requirement ID in Document basic screen and added few document classes under it. Now i don’t know how to connect the document requirement id to a Project, and Activity. Can anyone please assist

In project » Activity» don't know how to connect Doc Req ID to an activity
