All, Is it possible to automatically generate a Positive Pay file for Customer Repayments?   We are IFSAPPS10-UDP15.    

Suddenly one of our node/region is missing from Dispatch Console Alliance V14 HF24.

I’ve created a Site to site supply chain wherein my parts are CTO PartsWhen I create an Customer Order CTO Configuration goes to the internal Puchase Order but then it goes to the other internal site as Customer Order, the CTO Configuration is gone.  Any reason why?

Since “Inventory Turnover Rate” runs as a job in IFS, could IFS be set up to pull on past Turnover results to display for a part in a PR or PO?

Customer Statements of Account and Reminders are sent to Customers every month. Unfortunately, the mail address reflects ' NoNotReply@ifs.com' and probably goes to the customer's Junk mailbox and never to the correct person.We should have a formal email address e.g. for GB10 ldn.accountsreceivables@ifs.com, not DoNotReply@ifs.com as this could go to their Junk, spam or be considered a phishing email. Additionally, customers may want to genuinely reply but may consider it as a phishing email and, for that reason, not reply at all

When a purchase order is created for Computers, purchase group 123010, the system should automatically create the FA object in the FA register.Setup is done on the Object Group  However when we try to release the PO, we get an error that the FA code part is mandatory

Hello, We would like to ask you for the support with initial installation of TouchApps Server at customer's site. There is IFS Applications 10 installed on-premise on one virtual server. They have also the IFS TouchApps Server installed on the same virtual machine. The TouchApps Server is available and the TAS console is working, i.e. you can log into it and configure applications. Also there is the IFS Scan IT 10 application deployed within the TouchApps Server. The IIS site is signed by certificate that was created with customer's private PKI infrastructure. Within IFS Admin Console, the Redirect URIs are set correctly.   The certificate is imported inside the android device. The device do have the "Account Manager" and "IFS Scan It 10" android applications installed as well. Has anyone built a mod to lengthen an out-of-the-box field in Apps 9? The field currently supports 11 characters, and I’d like to stretch that out to 12. Besides altering the Oracle column and updating the metadata in the many column comments and application tables, does the IEE .NET client hold this kind of metadata hard-coded? Is it hard-coded anywhere in the Java middleware?

Community, We have below scenario, which cannot be cancelled.Supplier material PO line status is released. Customer order line is created, delivered and invoiced.Now we are trying to cancel the purchase order, system cannot, below is the error. our question is, in this case, how we could reverse back the customer order, so as to cancel the purchase order. As we are a global company, we have a limited amount of concurrent users that can be using Cloud simultaneously, as all the users will not be using the system at the same time.Does “concurrent user” mean per user session that the user has initiated at the same time, e.g., opening Cloud in multiple tabs or is it per user ID, regardless of using Cloud in multiple tabs?Regards Hans

Hi Everyone, hope you are well today.Basically, I wanted information about the relations between PM action, WO, and WT. I am aware that in IFS 10 there is a direct relation of PM with the work task. so my question here is on the work order screen(being a principal screen) why is the object ID not being considered which appears to be blank sometimes? Can I please get to know any solid reason why the automatically generated WO does not have an object ID in it however WT has an object which is totally fine. BR BT

Hi All,We have exported some company templates from IFS environment 22R2 in 22.2.3 level.The exported templates were missing end tags and i was unable to execute them from plsql. Then i have fixed them by adding end tags and ‘/’ tags. With the templates exported we have created a corrective delivery to be able to install them in customer UAT. But the corrective delivery was failed complaining a plsql error.ORA-06550: line 19049, column 1:PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "/" Those files were executed fine in my plsql command window and similar syntaxes to the standard templates. My questions are as following.Are there issues with creating corrective deliveries for .ins files?Why the corrective delivery got failed for the files which are correct and executable as command files in plsql?Why the exported templates having missing tags, any bug associated with it?Does IFS handles deploying company template .ins files into customer useplace environments on request via customer cases? Hi ,I have created an envent action to send email for customer invoices.This event action was created for PDF_REPORT_CREATED event.However , PDF_PARAMETER1 for the event action is getting null values which I’m supposed to get email ID by default.Where should I setup email address in order to fetch value for PDF_PARAMETER1 for invoice report?Im getting below error message in application messages  

Hi , in workflow , I would like to call a Projection with Path parameter,which I succeed to call via Postman while, in workflow , seems it doesn’t support Path Parameter,I tried to put Path Parameter into normal “Parameter”, it pops up error  can anyone help?
