Dear all,
When trying to convert to lead after giving a template account the following error comes saying the method in customer potential returns more than one row.
Would like your kind input on what causes this error.

Replying to this post too since it could be useful to someone else😀
The issue here is, in the "Account Potential" window, there are two “Potential IDs” which contains the same Description. The system has been designed in such a way that Description has to be unique for the Account Potential ID. You will be able to convert the lead without any errors after making a slight change to either of the duplicate descriptions in the Account Potential window.
