Data Migration - Status change of project header to released

Hello,

I am trying to create a migration job to change in mass the status of project header from ”Initialised” to “Released”. Here is the IFS Page:

I created the following job:

I am testing it for a specific example of an existing project (PROJECT_ID provided in the where clause) with the status “initialized”.

Still, I am getting the following error:

“ORA-20114: Project.FND_MODIFIED: The Project record has already been changed. Please refresh the record and reenter your changes.”
