Pod in error, won't delete

Have a pod in error status

Tried to delete with 

kubectl delete pod ifsapp-odata-d56d85f77-nckjd

It says it can’t find that pod

Have tried rebooting and 
 

kubectl scale deploy --replicas=0 --all -n cdftest

Did not help
