Hi team, a fixed asset added to a Q voucher   but it doesn't show in the object transaction. and gives the below error message when activate the object  

Hi.Why IFS delete the cost set 1 from the Work Center if you are copying an inventory part cost from, for example, from cost set 2 to 1 and one the work centers do not have the cost set 2? I tested this case in  IFS 9, IFS 10 and Cloud. I think this is a BUG because the Cost Set 1 is the unique mandatory cost set. I tested this case in  IFS 9, IFS 10 and Cloud.

We don’t have checkboxes in Cloud, we have slides.  Our documentation is riddled with the wording that refers to the checkbox.  When we used to use checkboxes, we would say “Check Receive Application”.What is the correct name for this? Is it a slide button?  Or is it a slider?How do we refer to it, would we say “Set Receive Application” to TRUE.  Or, maybe, we should say “Enable Receive Application”?   Example slide button. 

hiwhere is ‘employee’ workflow configured for MWO? I want to enable the visibility of ‘Finished’ task (NOT completed task) as a tile on MWO dashboard if possible. I have seen that once the task is marked Finished on cloud screen, it disappears from MWO screen for a technician.ex all such tasks are assignment completed by MWO technician but it no more exists in MWO because it was marked finished in cloud browser. 

Hi Experts, I have added a new non-db field to the custom metadata- PRODUCT as below. And also, I didn’t do any modifications to the PRODUCT database as this field is a non-db field.I need to access this newly created field via UI designer. But I couldn’t see this field in UI designer → add screen field popup. Could you please let me know if I am missing something here, or whether there is any limitation? Thanks, and regards,Hasara

Good Morning, We are currently reviewing our posting controls in Apps 10 EE and have found a situation we are questioning.  We require pre-posting on PO’s not tied to an inventory part and a Work Order.  While reviewing the posting controls called Pre-Accounting, we have noticed they have never been triggered.   First question - should they be?Second question - If we remove the posting controls, would it cause errors in the posting analysis? Thanks

Through elimination rules, IFS can automatically eliminate AP & AR. Is there an automatic way to eliminate the profit from unsold stock? Any improvements introduced in Cloud?Example: Subsidiary A sells a stock worth of $100 @ $120 (keeping a margin of $20) to subsidiary B. The selling price of the stock in subsidiary B is $150. Company B sells 75% of the stock to 3rd party (150*.75=112.5). How can we eliminate the profit of unsold stock in IFS? 

We’re using IFSAPP10, Aurena update 11. I have a request from a coworker to set a section to always be open/expanded. This specific section doesn’t have the check box for Collapsed in my page designer so therefore I’m a a bit lost. I’ve tried to duplicate antoher section that is always open/expanded on the same side and after that change it to requested, but it changes back to be closed/collapsed.  Do you have any tricks that can help me get this set? Best regards,Lotta (Sweden) The section is Position and Location on the Equipment Object Navigator, tab Functional Object. 

Hello, we have some parts that use MS level 1 manual forecasts in conjunction with project planned netting groups.  A planner noticed today that two out of the 10 parts had a "last run date" of today's date even though no one manually ran MS and there's no scheduled task for it.  The remainder of the parts had dates in the past as you can see.  PMRP is run daily for all projects.I see in the background job details for PMRP that running MS is a step at the very end.  My question is does that last run date on MSL1 part indicate when MS ran or when it actually changed something?  I’m wondering if the two parts in question had some supply/demand changes and MS had to recalculate and the other parts did not require recalculation?   We are on APPS10 and we recently installed UPD17.Thanks for any insight you can provide.

We created LTU permission set and send the export to IFS for generation of license key. We deployed the same to Production. In this permission set, we could see the windows Customer Order, Quick Order Flow Handling is granted [Refer picture “BeforeDeliveryDeployment”]. Later we sent a delivery to Production which contained customized files for the windows Customer Order, Quick Order Flow Handling. Due to this, the Cust forms can be seen in the permission set but they are not granted. [Refer picture “AfterDeliveryDeployment”].Now the users are unable to access these two windows. Any suggestions on  how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hi,We have a permission set for LTU users and is included in the license key. Now we need to modify this permission set to grant some extra presentation objects. Since this is connected to LTU license, we are not getting the RMB option "Merge grants from other permission set". Instead we have a other RMB option as “Remove License Connection”. We clicked on this “Remove License Connection” and we got the below messageWe clicked Yes. Then it threw below error.Can I anyone suggest on how we can modify this permission set?

I use MSP to export my Project  to IFS.I fill the %Complete and others data in MSP and then export my project to IFS.Where can I see the effect of %Complete data in Project Navigator?Is there any possibility to submit %completion in IFS?

We’re trying to get the migration done and we have an structure like this as a CSV:CSV - source fileAfter we finish the first job which is the creation of the table with this data, there’s no error. Hi All,Customer wants to cancel a Work Order just transferred to mobile but it looks like this is not possible from Aurena.It is also not possible to un-assign the task transferred to mobile from Aurena client application.Is there any specific way of cancelling the Work Order transferred to mobile WITHOUT any action from the Technician who received the Work Order into the device. 

Hi,  I have a query regarding Dispatch console in IFS Cloud, I want to see the past allocation dates of the FSEs but I am unable to. We have setup templates for certain LUs as below I wanted to migrate these templates to another environment and make changes to the save templates. Seems like IFS does not allow this from the IFS screens. Is there anyway someone has already found to not only migrate these templates but also make changes?

Hi,In a customer use case : I would like to have only 1 Service Order Report for a service order and 2 activites dispatched for 2 different technicians.Both technicians have the same configuration mobile.For this configuration mobile, in the MOE I set the MOE 10093 = 3I make the Start/Stop Activity and Resolve for the Primary Technician (primary Activity)Then I made the Start/Stop Activity for the second TechnicianIt’s OK for the Resolve checkbox : It appears only on the first Technician But After completion made on the field, I have 2 Service Order Report on the back end I assume that because for the second Technician, on the completion page, I checked “store the report”But : Is it possible by MOE, to not display this page (and not have the risk to check the box) for the not primary technician ?or do we have another way to manage a SV with 2 techs and only 1 Report SV ?NB : I can’t manage that by mobile customization because both technicians could be sometimes primary, sometimes “seco
