I have a configuration formula that takes input from Characteristics to derive a number.  However some of the characteristics are removed based on sales rules, then then causes those to have a value of NULL - this then makes the formula error. Here is the example of what we face when the formula runs: I’ve glanced through the Function, but I didn’t see a IsNULL and I can’t find a definition for the Function list. 

Hi Experts,We have  configured an OCI punchout url as per ifs guide lines. If we click on the webshop button 401 error throws(in network console). System does not even open a new tab and give error, instead as soon as web shop command executes, the webpage(procurement portal page) refresh and then remain as it is.However, if I do the same setup in another environment and execute web shop command everything works perfectly. Earlier I suspected that the issue is with the url provided by the vendor, but it is not the case.Only difference in these two environments are the versions.The one throws error is 24R1UP5The one not throw any errors is 24R1UP4Basically latest version is the one causing the issue.Anyone came across same issue ? any input. Or can someone in ifs confirm if there is a known bug as such ?Thank you,Roshan

Hi Experts,There is a requirement to create a new Row when user clicks on the ‘Restart’ button as below. I tried to achieve this using the below Client script code.  CurrentScheduleType, currentScheduleRule, currentTaskTemplateId, startDate and productID values were taken from different logics and they were working fine. But I am currently facing an issue with the product_pm_id. My assumption was this field should populate (as a next sequence) when executing the addRowToFormDataList function. But as you can see, it is not populating any field value for product_pm_id.  var newRow = { product_pm_id: '', pm_schedule_type: currentScheduleType, pm_schedule_rule: currentScheduleRule, task_template_id: currentTaskTemplateID, coverage_start_dt: startDate, product_id: productID }; addRowToFormDataList(dataList, newRow, true);Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks,Hasara

Specifically, I’m looking for the JSON equivalent of RECEIVE_CUSTOMER_ORDER (and others down the line).Does anyone know where these template files can be found, or if there’s a repository/resource that provides them? Hi All One small query regarding this Lobby link list element! when the data source gives zero rows and if I use that in my lobby link list element to navigate, I can't click on it!If we can see the below image! the “Supplier Offset” is clickable because we have 1 row data,Others are just there but not clickable.In IEE, we can be able to navigate even if we don't have any data, so I am wondering!And just want to confirm whether it is a limitation/IFS Cloud base functionality! this will help me to explain and confirm our customer as well. Best Regards,Vishal J

Hello,today, in order to finish receipts regarding Quality Control we need to go to details per each line and choose the register inspection result option.would it be possible to register inspection results at the Receipts page by e.g using 3 dots with additional option?or by picking the appropriate lines to accept inspection/change status passed to yes for all of them at once?can we change it in the system? or maybe you can propose any other solution?Regards,Kruthika

Hello All, I would like a additional column in Tax. Rates module at the end.How we can achieve this in Astea Alliance V14. 

We are on IFS Cloud 25.1.2.  Microsoft just forced updated Office to 2507 (19029.20136) which broke our IFS Excel add-ins.  Users that stayed on 2506 are still OK.Issue is, when you click login, the add-in panel briefly flashes and does not bring up the login window for IFS cloud.Anyone else have this issue? 

 We are utilizing Shop Floor Workbench, and will be issuing material point of use. Is there a way to hide material in specific Location Groups / Location Types from the Manual Issue page based on the person who is issuing material / if they accessed the manual issue page from Shop Floor workbench / something else to hide the available material lines in locations we dont want people issuing from?

Hello,I’m having a problem where Custom Field data is not getting transferred over to SQL database. Here’s what i have done,1. Relations for Facts      2. Custom Attributes for Facts  3. Access View  4. Data Source  5. Deploy to SQL Server Db6. Data Load Run 7.  FACT_BUSINESS_OPP_BI_TAB table shows as NULL for CF$_EC_NEXT_STEP  8. Querying for ‘SELECT * FROM FACT_BUSINESS_OPP_BI’ shows below, Any idea why it’s not transferring any custom field data to SQL Server?

Hi,Does anybody know if the way IFS handles Estimate Item  > Required Date for components of BOM’s has changed from Apps10 to Cloud?In Apps 10, when I add an Item Type of PRODUCT (Part with BOM) and enter a Required Date, the subcomponent dates are planned. When I perform the same process in Cloud (24R2), my entered Required Date is populated into all sub-components. They are not planned like Apps10. I cannot find any reference to this functionality changing. Does anybody know if and when it was changed?

Hi everyone,Context IFS Applications 8 (please see exact update/build if needed) Scope: Purchase receiving lot (Receive Purchase Order), not shop/work order lots. Inventory Part master has Allow Sub Lot checked. What we see In Lot/Batch Master, the Sub Lot information exists in the UI but appears inactive/not usable in IFS 8. During PO Receipt (Receive Purchase Order), we need to split the incoming Lot/Batch into multiple sub lots (e.g., for nesting/cutting). What we tried Verified Inventory Part setup: Tracking: Lot/Batch controlled. Allow Sub Lot = Yes. Looked for a function in PO receipt / Arrival flows to do Lot Split → couldn’t find one. Checked Lot/Batch Master: Sub Lot area is visible but not active to create/maintain sub lots tied to the received lot. Thanks in advance for any IFS 8–specific guidance, documentation pointers, or best practices.

Hi, There is a WO for the Object connected to the Work Center Resource. However, the Maintenance Import job is not creating a Resource Break.  Cloud version Data setup Site enabled for APBScheduling Horizon is 8hrs to 365 days. (Work Task days are within this horizon) Object Connected to the WC Resource WO/and Work Task are both for the same above Object Task Site is the same  Duration, Planned Start/Finish dates are specified Operational Status of the task object is “Obstructive” Task status is “Released” (tried with “Started” as well)  Executed the Job Already tried executing for the entire site as well  No Resource Break created for this WC Resource Any idea what am I missing here ?

HiWe would like to provide Customer Invoice .pdf’s to an external Customer facing application using standard IFS API’s. I would view the invoice .pdf in Aurena via report archive using a result key. Has anybody successfully integrated a similar solution?We are using Apps10 UPD15. We don’t have Boomi. Here is what we have found so far:Using the log window we have found the Report Archive projection and enabled compatibility. We have then viewed an invoice .pdf and can see it makes an API call and gets an ID related to the Result Key. From there it seems to construct a URL and opens the .pdf in a new browser tab. Here is an example URL generated:https://IFStestSystem:58080/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ReportArchive.svc/ArchiveDocumentSet(ResultKey=2739813,Id='da20f8df-9bea-496f-9866-6db9381f65b8')/PdfWhile this works I can see a couple of issues with this approach:It requires authentication to the Aurena client and once the user has access to the pdf if they knew how they could past

Hello,I’m working on IFS 24r1, on a IFS 8 > IFS Cloud migration project.On v8, we have a custom field on Product structure components list which tell us the type of component : purchased, manufactured …With the Product Structure rework, this CF are not available anymore.I need to add it, because the bom type reefers to the prodstructure, so the manufactured part, so I got wrong value as you can see, on the component part line, bom type display manufacturing but the component part is a material raw one, purchased, without any product structure.My issue is I’m not able to recover the entity where I need to add my custom field to read the InventoryPart TypeCode which is the info we want to display here on this list.If anyone knows, thank you 🕵Have a good day

We have noticed when building assistants there are some scenarios where pressing ‘enter’ will trigger the finish command and other functionally identical scenarios we have to press ‘enter’ twice to trigger the finish command. In the twice key press scenario, simply opening the debug console will allow this scenario to execute as intended. I want to know if there is any way to identify why this is happening. The interplay between a validate command completion and when the finish command is executed is where we have noticed this inconsistency. Any help or shared experience would be very much appreciated.​@IFS Community ​@IFS Elite Solution Experts

Hello, I have noticed system behavior that I am not able to correct. We use the PO Change Order function in IFS. If a PO is in a Released status, you cannot connect a Project Activity, the system indicates you must use a Change Order. However, when you create one, there is no location on the Change Order to attach the project connection. I do not understand this design. Is there a way to update a PO and connect a project when the PO is in a Released status? As of now, the only workaround I have found is to cancel the PO and recreate it in a Planned state. We are using Apps 10 UPD 12. Any guidance would be appreciated.
