Hi all,When I release a DOP order, a Shop Order is automatically created. However, in some cases, this Shop Order immediately gets the status “Completely Reported” .I’ve noticed that in the originating DOP order, all material lines have a required quantity of 0.Also: Netting is not used in this case The required quantity for the manufactured part is set to 1 in the upper level of the structure Has anyone experienced this before or knows which setting or condition could cause this behavior?And more importantly, how can this be prevented?Kind regards,WillemLevel 1  required qty for the part wherefor i expect a shop order is created= 1: Level 2 all materials lines for the sub assembly for which a shop order is created in the status completely reported:   

Hi,We are getting an Authentication Failure when we try to do a Test Transfer for the CIS Verification (from our Test IFS Cloud Database)We have double checked that the Tax Report details agree to the details we see if when we log onto the Government Gateway with the User Name and Password.Any ideas? WE are using our live HMRC Governemnt Gateway User Name and Password. Should we have a test User Name? There is no mention of that in the UK Country Solution Document 23R1.pdfCheers,Graham

When you activated Supplier Warranty on the Work Order before you book cost (time,material) on the Work Task the additional Sales Lines will be created and works fine.But when you want activated the Supplier Warranty, later into the proces when already cost are booked like time & material, there will be No additional Sales Lines created.Is there a possibilty to add Supplier Warranty when the Work Order/Work Task is on the status Work Done and aslo create the additional Sales Lines on IFS Cloud 24.2.3

Hi all,I have a question regarding internal logistics during Shop Order execution.In some cases, WIP needs to be physically moved by logistics between two Work Centers between two operations on the same Shop Order. Is there a standard functionality in IFS Cloud to: Trigger internal logistics that WIP is ready to be moved? Generate a transport task is not possible because it is WIP, but another signal or other notification to inform warehouse/logistics staff that something needs to be transferred between operations? Hi,  I tried to call update for Reference_ActivityEstimate in ProjectScopeAndScheduleHandling. It works but the API document doesn’t support Update action.I tried to call another Reference_ReopenAccountingProjectRepost in FinancialProjectHandling. I got a question from a team member, who had made their Business Activity under a Sales Quotation. This Sales Quotation is connected to a Business Opportunity, but the Business Activity doesn’t show in the Business Opportunity - only on the Sales Quotation.Is this normal in IFS Cloud? We would like to see Business Activities made for Sales Quotations also to show under respective Business Opportunity. We strive to work mostly within the Business opportunity module, and now there is a risk the data regarding the Opportunity becomes fragmented and Activities must be searched for in different places. There might be several opportunities ongoing for each account simultaneously which adds to the risk of fragmented data in my opinion.

In the master part we are migrating 25.488 as the net weight for one of our parts. Somewhere along the line, it was changed to 25.488581893. Given the high number of decimal places, I suspect an automated calculation or a UOM conversion is at play.I tried to recreate this by creating a new part and going through all migration jobs but had no luck. I don’t believe this was changed manually by anyone although it's not off the table.I should note that this is only affecting a small portion of parts.Any ideas?

Hello All, Can somebody provide a good document/tutorial/work instructions on how to create a Business Report? I don’t seem to find any good manuals that describe the possibilities and ways that we can use business reporter. For example: - If I use a Repeater on a row, can I use this repeater and define this immediatley as a dynamic XLS table? - Can I make a Pivot table of this? - How can I create a bar chart that takes into account the dynamic range of the repeater? - How to add an additional ‘calculated’ column to the table? (Calculated = I just want the difference between 2 source columns). Thanks for your help! Best RegardsRoel

We recently updated to the version 25R1. Unfortunately, we are now experiencing an issue where all object searches display a maximum of 20 objects as results. We cannot figure out what is causing this. In the previous version, everything worked fine. It seems that a parameter is either new or incorrectly set. Does anyone have an idea what we can check? The IFS support has not been able to assist us so far (which is a bit frustrating). Many thanks for your help!

Hi,I am working on creation of a change management process in a Process Designer. I would like to have a Stage representing Document Preparation in which I do not need a task, as it is simple managed by the owner of the event on its own. However when I do not create a task under a Stage, while running the process it is completely skipped and it drives to the next available Stage.I tried using fulfilment flag at the stage, but it still does not work and also a process is limited to have only one fulfilment stage, therefore this does not work.Any ideas how to solve this? Does all of the Stages in the Process need to have a task underneath?I have the same person running the Event, therefore the key is only to indicate at the Event level on the progress of the Event.  

When defining a an STDVOU template, there is an option to define a template control.Is there any documentation on how those control works please?  Kind regards

I have identified a discrepancy concerning a part with dual values in the system. Upon receipt of the shop order, the total cost was updated to $841.8577. However, reviewing the individual shop order part reveals the issuing total cost is only $728.9187. Could you please provide the reason for this variance.

Hi all,when sorting any table by one columns numbers, the sorting is not according the the number itself, but the first numeral of the number itself.First all numbers starting with a 3 and then all numbers with a 4, and so on.Can this be changed to a normal sorting by increasing complete number?Weird sorting of table by increasing first numeralThanks,

In the Disposition Shop Order, when I RMB on the Disposition Line → Select Part Identified. I get the below error message.“Owning Customer, no needs to have a value for Customer Owned stock” Could anyone assist me with this.

Hi, we’re experiencing a strange issue where a lot of users are unable to use any SQL quick reports. The affected users have all required projections, and the trace information doesn’t provide any information other than a generic server error 500. We’ve seen instances where there are two users with exactly the same permission set grants, and one of them can access quick reports, whilst the other user can’t.Currently have a case raised with IFS support, but wondering if anyone has come across this before?SqlQuickReports/QuickReportOverview (server error)An internal server error occurred. Hi All,When I create a new revision through Work Task Template, got the error message ‘The Purchase Part Does not exist’The Part No entered under the Material tab → Work List is a Manufactured type of Inventory Part. Need to know the reason of requesting a Purchase Part while creating the new revision.Thank you.
