Hello to the community,  I am trying to get the prepostings on the customer invoice header to map on the M30 but it is not working. I have the M103 setup with the c58 (mandatory preposting). the postings errors show that there is a missing value for M30 with C13 control type because I didn’t set it up correctly, not wanting data to get pulled from posting control but from preposting.  Does anyone by any chance know why values from preposting aren’t being pulled to M30 ? Thank youTanya

Hi ExpertsDoes anyone know where these Posting type IP13 and 14 also for AP10 and AP11 gets triggered? FAP 55/56 gets triggered when you move an object from one company to another. There is a function on the object.PP22 and 23 gets triggered when you create a Mix Payment Cash Transfer and enter the company in the company field of the payment line.For IP13 and 14 also for AP10 and AP11 i could not find any information  Best RegardsSophal

Hi, Our operations user completed a serialized structure with serialized components but did not assign the component serials to the correct assembled serials. Now all the finished goods are not properly recorded. How can we rearrange the as built structure to show correctly?

Hi Experts, For PSO users, breaks are appearing in the PSO Workbench unexpectedly. However, in the cloud end, no breaks have been assigned to this user in terms of resource availability, nor have any task templates been designated.How are these breaks being generated for this user, and what steps can be taken to remove them?   

Hi,I would like to know what is the furthest (or later) date that can be scheduled by the DSE  ?For example : I create a SV today (14/03) with the opendate 01/09/2024 and ETA 02/09/2024.Can I schedule this SV (status Tentative) with the DSE ?(settings : I have a DSE session with : Session from : 1 Session to : 365)Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hello,I’m using the old-school resource allocation in Projects.  I’ve got my resource assigned and was checking some data, particularly the Resource Analysis and Resource Activity Load Detail.  The graph nor the detail show any results.  But if I look at the Resource Activity Load, I see what I was looking for.Any ideas whey I would see numbers in one screen vs another?  Maybe it’s tied to the fact that my Resource Analysis doesn’t show any data in the Graph?Thank you.PatrickPS:  If anyone wants to point me toward help documentation or training material in this section, I’m all ears and eyes.

Hi IFS-Community, does anyone know if its possible to set up individual maximum values for the time balance and execute these values with balance reconciliation?Example: the standard maximum value for the Time Balance is 75 hours. (gets cut down monthly)a parttime employee with 50% employment is allowed to have 37,5 hours in his time balance  another employee negotiates with HR, that he/she is allowed to have 200 hours in his/her time balance Thanks for your help, Veronika 

Hi all 😊,The customer has a problem with previewing attachments in APP10 Aurena. This is a widespread issue in many fields. When you click the preview button, and error message displays as below.The problem affects all users.The strangest thing is that the preview of the same attachments works in Enterprise Explorer, so it is not a problem of permissions or incorrect paths.Relevant technical logs are in attached files.Any idea on how to fix this issue is highly appreciated.Product Version: UPD15Thank You 😊

A customer has asked whether it is possible to change the title of a document when it’s generated and the printed document is downloaded (e.g. a customer invoice, PO order confirmation etc.). The customer is trying to get IFS to use e.g. the invoice number, PO number etc. in the document title so that it’s easily searchable and it’s clear which document is what.  Has anyone come across this requirement or seen a way to do this?

Hi everyone, We getting an error when trying to post a fiscal note, although we don’t understand why the error is happening.In the order, we have the following preposting values:We have the preposting rules created as you can see below.However, when posting the fiscal note, we get the following error:“Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M30 control type C32 code part B in company 100.” To help with your answers, this error is only happening with non inventory sales-parts.Why is IFS searching for the values in M30 posting, when the values came from preposting?Is there some parametrization missing on our behalf? Thanks in advance,Carlos Mendes

I am working in Aurena apps 10 and I am responsible for setting up employees across companies however, I can’t change the company in the new employee wizard in Apps 10 Aurena to the secondary company that I have access to. We are moving to cloud soon, is this fixed in cloud or do I need to enter a ticket? No matches under the dropdown for company. 

Hi Experts,We are in the middle of an upgrade test from 22R2SU3 to 23R2SU3. When I try to add a person resource demand line (Prepare work order\work task\tab resources) with a resource id (if I create a demand without a resource id no issue, even if I add an allocation for such demand no issue ) I get below error.I am not using request management functionality (only the previous work order flow), hence why would I asked to register a service site setting ?.Is this a bug or have I miss any setup.Can some one advise please ?Thank you,RoshanP.S: 

One of our customers is having some the below issue with aurena agent,The prebuild package for Aurena Agent IFS are providing on the landing-page is for single user, to install on their clients by themselves, and it works if you have the security parameter “native messaging hosts” sat to enabled. Found this in IFS Community an article that describes the same issue, https://community.ifs.com/document-management-docman-248/aurena-agent-will-not-enable-in-edge-browser-but-does-in-chrom-39986 The conclusion according to this article is:"We have found that the issue was due to a security setting that was disabled in our GPO which as a result, did not permit the Aurena extension in Edge to communicate with the Aurena Agent on the computer. Hello Experts,I've created a new scheduling dataset, but I'm facing an issue where resources are not being displayed in PSO WB. However, the resource is available, and shifts are also defined in audit files.  Even when I send a work task with location and resource demand lines, the activities are not displayed in PSO WB, although they can be seen in audits.  Could there be something missing in the configuration or setup that's causing this discrepancy? Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!  

Observed that the following LoV is not correctly populated when the Party Type = Asset Manager.It retrieves the values related to the last selected Party Type value or if it is the first time then it contains the supplier info.Is this desired? Then add the Person Id and try to save, the following error occurs.Observed in APP10 Internal IFS reference instance.

Hello, When viewing My Assignments in Aurena. There is an option to mark an Assignment as Incomplete. This starts a workflow, with the final step giving options for Return Travel, New Assignment, and OK. Is there a way to remove the Return Travel button? Given this is part of a workflow, I assumed there would be a configuration, but I do not see one, and this does not appear to be a page that can be designed.
