Hi Björn,
Does the account logging in have the Financial Link portal assigned to it? Most of the GL related modules are only for that portal.
Also try search for Undo instead of Batch
Check Employees Security portals for that user.
The only other thing I can think of at the moment if they have the portal is whether the security role assigned (if there is one) might have the module disabled.

+11Thanks, Phil - yes, Financial Link is enabled for this user . It’s weird.
+11Found out the user account did not have Customizer enabled - had to add Undo GL Export Batch to the security role for Super user
