Hello,Sometimes our project engineers need to make some changes on started project delivables. For example; project started and customer wanting to remove one material. The material is under a manufactued(shop order) part. Engineer is picking part from project deliverables tree and move it to which is non-materail named spare_part object.At that point project deliverables and shop order is coming different stuation. Moved part is already in shop order materails.We tried Calculate Gross Requirements function but shop order is not updating.Are there any way to update shop order as project deliverables in standard from screens? Or should we add a development in Delivery_Structure_API.Move_Item.We are using IFS10 update 10. 

Good day.  Anyone that uses the Travel Plan option on the TR?  What is the purpose of the Travel Plan option?  I don’t see any systems effects, though the Travel Plan can be queued to a Responsible person for certain actions e.g Completed/Put on hold etc..  Many thanks.

Hi All,I am trying to get DDMRP working for a client in Apps10, but I seem to be missing something as I don’t see any data on ‘Demand Driven Execution for Parts’ window. Steps followed include;1.Run Cumulative Lead Time calculation for the site.2.Set the buffered parts.3.Run Perform Lead Time Category Classification.4.Run Calculate Historical Average Daily Usage.5.Calculate buffer zones.6.Manual adjustment to ‘ADU’ quantity (to make changes to calculations).7.Recalculate buffer zones.8.Run MRP for site.9.Can see records in ‘Demand Driven Planning for Parts’ window.But can’t see any records in ‘Demand Driven Execution for Parts’ window. So, what am I missing here? Any thoughts?

Hello, Has anyone seen the error "Not possible to calculate relative period with respect to last depreciation date 4/30/23"?We have a TAX Book (no GL postings) that won't run a Depreciation Proposal, and instead gives the above error.This happens when we run July 2023 Proposal (and forward). May and June Proposals processed without issue. But those Proposals did not generate any actual Depreciation and it seems these are related. Go live was related (from an Asset standpoint) to the 4/30/2023 date.Any simple things we may have overlooked? Regards,William Klotz

I have setup work task cost codes and rules to reverse WIP at CO Line Invoiced and I am only doing this for material.  When I issue material on a work task I see the cost code.  I then transfer inventory and update the GL.  I then proceed to invoice the Work Task and post the customer invoice.  I then re-run the transfer inventory (and reposting job) but I am not see the WIP getting reversed.  If I manually release WIP and Check and Update accounting, this works, but I need the automatic to work.  Has anyone had this issue with Work Task Material (M50)

Dear Community We have recently upgraded from Apps9 to IFS Cloud. For the migrated Lobby Elements, the SAVE button does not appear when attempting to edit them (see below). Despite making changes, it just does not appear. Is this by design, or a potential bug? it was the same in 23R1 and 23R2.  Many thanks   

Getting a strange error when trying to use two INT REST APIs which are working fine through Aurena. But not working when I try to run it through Postman using basic authentication. Could you kindly go through the below scenario and help me resolve the issue? Below is the Scenario:I am trying to deliver customer order lines using the available rest APIs from the documentation. Hello, If I make manual changes to an activity in PSO, is it possible to see who made the changes? I have found this information in the documentation and it seems like it would be possible.I have enabled the parameter ReasonRequired and now I must give a reason each time I make a change to an activity, but in the History Tab I still cannot see information about who made the changes or the reason. Should I look somewhere else or is there another parameter for that? Thank you very much,Iulia

Hi,In the 15.4.8 release, in mobileedge I don’t have the hours for the site.I have them on the service order and customer center , but they are not displayed in mobility.Do I have to check something in the settings ? Thanks and Regardsanthony

Is it possible to disable  "Send Email to" when you print a report On IFS Cloud? Our users are receiving many mail that they don’t need. 

Our organization is upgrading from assyst 11.2.3 to assyst 11.7.2. In our current version, optional fields in the service catalog have an (Optional) tag below the field’s name. However, it looks like that tag has disappeared in 11.7.2.Is there a way for that tag to be shown in 11.7.2 automatically? Hi All, I created a simple Custom Event with Event Action  Type Rest Call and Called a POST Action.e.g.Rest End Pointhttps://puhawa5-ru-del1.build.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/PurchaseAdditionalCostTypesHandling.svc/PurchaseAdditionalCostTypes Authentication = ROPC.When I trigger the event , it gives me the same error in Application messages even if I use a different Rest End Point. This seems to be a bug (even if I have done something wrong) as I am not sure why I get following error.“ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 1 out of bounds for length 1”I cannot find any issue with the payload. Event Action Setup   Any thoughts?

Hello.I have been looking at the Single Occurrence address in IFS Cloud.I created a customer order and the option was no editable. changed this to editable within page designer.When i set the flag as true the information within the delivery address info is not available.  any ideas? I have checked environments being logged in as IFSAPP.

Hi there! We want do use the average capacity of a work center to calculate the lead time of our routings. I know you can calculate the average capacity for a single work center, but we have a large number of work centers on witch we have to calculate the average capacity on a regular basis.Is there a background job, that can be scheduled to calculate the average capacity of all work centers of a site. Thanks,Chris

Hi Community, I’d like to get to know your opinion about forecasting process when using Configured Parts. Do we have any tool or workaround in IFS 9? Master Scheduling works for Part level, doesn’t support configuration. Configuration whereas determines multilevel BOM and lets you know purchase components. The goal here is to establish rough procurement plan and secure crucial long lead-time materials when there are no Customer Orders yet.  Any ideas / tips&tricks would be appreciated. Regards, Lukasz

Hi, when deploying with the "SUPPLIER_INFO_GENERAL" view using Data Migration Manager, I get this error:I guess the problem comes from the fact that the metadata "AUTO_GENERATED", column "DEFAULT_LANGUAGE" and column "COUNTRY", there is no value : I don't see why this problem occurs, since it's not present in the other views.The error seems to be almost the same as this topic on Community :https://community.ifs.com/topic/show?tid=23864&fid=333I've tested the solution but nothing changes.Can you help me?Thanks in advance.IFS Cloud version: 23R2 SU1
