Have anyone done a modification on sort order in a standard report, for example Shipment Packing List? We would like to sort the rows differently than standard. Do we have to make adjustment in the RPI package or can this be done in a configuration?

Hi all,IFS Cloud/PSOI was wondering what are the configurations/basic data to Schedule automatically with PSO in IFS CLOUD.Are there any committ rules on IFS CLOUD as well? Currently the flow I am running is as follows:1. Creation of Request creation and subsequent task2. Task allocation thanks to PSO3. Dispatch clicking button "assign" to validate/modify PSO scheduling on DC Console4. Dispatch clicking "Transfer to Mobile" to send it to the resource on the mobile 5. The flow continues in the standard way thanks to the MWO Service. Is there any way to automatically validate the scheduling done by the PSO without the Dispatcher clicking Assign on every task (ex: the night before/after every hour)? I was thinking Commit rules or a Job?From my tests, Assign is important to generate the Work Assigment and to allow the "Complete" status on the MWO to update the status from Work Start to Work Done. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello All, We went live on Apps10 UPD15 a few months ago using the Aurena front end.  Since we’ve now gotten several months of transactions in the system that the Shop Order Costs projection (and a handful of other projections around shop floor transactions) have some sort of  “Default filter” that is filtering out results older than 100 days.  This means that when we search for shop order costing results for orders outside that window, we get a blank page.However, one of our team noted today that if we manually modify the URL string to set this value to false, the record will appear: Curious if this group knows if there is an easy way to set this part of the URL to default to false so that users can find their records without having to manually change it?  Have looked in several obvious places for a configurable value, but not having any luck. Any help/thoughts from the group would be appreciated!

HiI was wondering if there is any way to Rollback the Deprection for just 1x Asset?In my testing, I can only find that in Apps10 IEE, only an option to Rollback the full Depreciation Proposal. Is there also a way to Rollback a Depreciation Proposal dispite/ignore any Disposed assets? Any information on Asset Deprection Rollbacks would be greatly appreciatedThanks :)

How to increase the Touch Apps Server Sync Service Time out from IFS Application in Apps 9.

Hi In the customer process : They have a call center. as the call taker is online, they create the Service Order and they would like to give a quick answer to the customer online for a date and technician to schedule this order.Also , they use the DSE.Is it possible to raise the frequency less to 300 , 60 sec or 120 for example.As they are online they would like to give an answer quickly.Is it possible on the server side to raise this setting ? Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hello. We have a financial project set up as such, where the POC Method is manual.   Initially we set the manual POC % at 10%. Then ran revenue recognition.   Per the revenue recognition log below (and attached),  the POC % is 10% and the accumulated revenue recognized is 5.392 .    I am having difficulty determining how the 5.392 was calculated. I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.

Hello, I post this question about an issue that i have with the Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition Project screen. The problem that  I have is that the data linked estimated revenue and cost is not showing in this screen. However once i run revenue recognition the vouchers are generated and i can find this data on the voucher analysis screen. Any ideas to solve this problem please ?  Best regards.

In IFS Cloud, what is the best way to prevent employees from clocking in as other employees?They will be using a time clock terminal. The terminal itself has access to all employees in the company, so they are all available in dropdown when an employee enters their ID with the keypad.The only thing I have come up with is to remove the keypad and have users swipe a card.Is there another way to accomplish this?

I have searched the forums but I have not been able to find the answer to this:A lot of our documents are created outside of IFS. Before IFS Cloud (i.e. IFS Applications 10) we could create a document in IFS with no file.refs and drag and drop the file to the file refs tab.This does not work now, and there is no + button to press either as I have illustrated below.Does anyone know how to import or check in a file to an existing document from IFS Cloud? Our current environment is IFS Application 10 Update 8.We have created an integration between IFS and Ignition using Rest API allowing Ignition to display shop orders, shop order operations and material lines in the order production needs to run them. The last step we need to accomplish is being able to retrieve the documents and images attached to the material lines.  We use document management for the PDF’s and media items for the images of the products. I have been unable to located or figure out the Rest API to allow us to download the documents or images attached to the material lines.   Can someone shed some light on the REST API’s we’d need to utilize to download the files so we can display the information within Ignition. Regards,William Klotz

I created a custom object in IFS cloud, but it is not listed in the page designer business representatives. Seems custom fields are not used before in the system. Any material which says A-Z flow or any advice?

Hi, In App9 IEE, we have a customer requirement to limit access to marked Customer (Customer Order/Line/Invoice) related information for session user.so that only designated users will have access to that information.The standard Field ‘Form of business’ at Customer window will be used in combine with access check (User without New permission set ABC_ACCESS granted) will prevent users to access Customer with ‘Form of business’ = ‘ABC’.I would like to hear your inputs regarding the technical feasibility of the suggested solution OR there could be another approach to limit access to specific data related to Customer. Thank you!   Set up basic data for ‘Form of business’. New Permission set

23.2.4In Visual Shop Order Operations Planning, I am trying to sequence operations with characteristics in a Work Center in the Machine Operations Scheduling Gantt.The documentation reads as:To sequence all operations for a resource or work center loaded in the Gantt chart, open the card for the resource or day and click Sequence. To sequence all operations for a resource or work center on one or several days, select the relevant day(s) for the resource and click Sequence. To sequence specific operations, select the relevant operations and click Sequence.For #2, how can a user select the days in the Gantt, where should a user click for this?For #3, when I select one operation in the Gantt the Sequence command is available, but when I select multiple operations the Sequence command is not available.

HiI am currently working with a client who requires the ability to raise purchase requisitions in MWO Service app. When I open the option New Purchase Requisition I cannot see any parts in the LOV.Can someone explain the setup required to view parts in LOV for the purchase requisition please.I’ve read the 23R2 Demystified and it does not give me the information I require.Note : I have a Purchase Part and Supplier for Part.ThanksG

We have a debit invoice and now user wants to raise a Credit Note for some reasons. But the Debit invoice has VAT and the user doesn’t want VAT amount to be included in the Credit Note or Credit Invoice.Is there any possibility to raise credit note without VAT included?Also, the user has created multiple wrong invoices while trying to raise credit note without VAT, but now the user wants to cancel these wrong invoice which was created. Please guide on how we can cancel the invoices created wrongly. Thanks in Advance.
