When looking for an inventory part through the mobile work order, I am getting the below message

 

I used the find part option under the Material section under Work Details,

Hi Johan, Thank you for the response, I enabled the parameters and initialized the device again but still getting the same message - is there anything I need to additionally to resolve this?

Did you restart the app or just re initialized the app? 

Please test and logout, close the app, open the app and relogin and see if that helps. I am not aware of any more settings you need to do.

Hi Johan,

I actually initialized and logged out but then I synchronized the Fnd$SyncRule entity and it worked! Thank you!
