Hi,i created a quick report with the query in this post Help needed with a SQL statement (Challenging) | IFS Community it was working fine but later i made modificationsjoined with another tableLEFT OUTER JOIN IFSAPP.TRIFM_IZINLER4 TI4 ON CPA.EMP_NO = TI4.PERSON_ID and added a filter in WHERE clause (TRUNC(TI4.RAPOR_TARIHI)) = (TRUNC(nvl(to_date('&[-C-BL]Tarih', 'DD-MM-YYYY'),TRUNC(SYSDATE)) + (1 - 1 / (60 * 60 * 24)))) new modified query works on DB brings data in 20 seconds (this happened after i joined TRIFM_IZINLER4 otherwise runs under 2 seconds)but on IEE it doesn’t bring any data, it works forever to tries to get data. doesn’t produce any error.don’t mind the filter i made a lot of modifications even very simple one but result is the same.what would be the reason? PS: it works on TEST Env. brings data in 20 seconds but ON PROD Env. it doesn't bring any data, report seems working and trying to bring data, it takes forever. Thanks.

Does anyone have a clear-cut document that outlines each activity/step to perform during the Year-End Process and Month-End Process in both IFS Cloud and Apps 10?Are there any differences between Cloud and Apps10?

Hello, We are working on an integration with one of our business partners using the BPA workflows offered by IFS Cloud (We are on 23R1). All the logic is in place and is working as intended, but the BPA fails for “large” datasets. We are using the REST Call Task to send a web request to our partner’s API. The request body/payload cannot be stored as a string because when there are many items, the requestBody would quickly exceed the 2000 character limit to be stored in the Oracle database as a string. If it were to be stored as a string, we would receive a persistence layer exception at the end of the workflow.Instead, we are storing it in a process variable called ‘requestBody’ as an object.The request body field of the REST Call Task requires a string, so we must convert the JSON object to a string using Camunda Spin: JSON(requestBody).toString() in the task.This works perfectly for “small“ payloads. Hi Everyone, IFS Cloud 23R2We are working towards getting load balancing between 3 middletier servers working for our IFS cloud installation. This works ok for the most part, however we are noticing that timeouts are occurring right around one minute. In the application when this occurs there is no error message; whatever you were doing just stops so it is unclear sometimes that any timeout occurred. Examples:Do a search on a screen that takes longer than a minute to return: Just see “No Results” even though results should have been returned Order a report that takes longer than a minute.  After clicking finish to order the report, the loading icon spins for one minute, and then the buttons became available again as if nothing was pressed and nothing happened. (The ordered report still shows up in the report archive once it is complete however) Reviewing the logs on one of the middle tier servers here are some standouts that seem to indicate the issue:  2024-07-25T15:31:29.033251728Z

How can we ensure that MRP-generated purchase requisitions comply with the existing authorization rules configured in IFS within APP 9? 

In Apps9 there is a Customer Payment screen in Accounts Receivable, but it seems to be missing from IFS Cloud.  Does anyone know what the replacement for that is in IFS Cloud.

Customer would like to only have 1 option when creating New Work from MWO Maintenance app. I and my colleagues have hunted around in Page Designer (1st image) to see where we could do this and the closest we came was trying to set an Enumeration Filter (2nd image), but when I set the value for the desired option (3rd image), I cannot save my selection (4th image). Not even sure if the Enumeration Filter is the right place to accomplish our requirement. Any help?(1) (2) (3) (4)  

HelloWe’d like to automate creation of new employee in IFS10 Upd14.EE interface allows to create it simplified, but Aurena require to go through assistant (at least i didn’t find any other option). REST API exposes creating new employee using EmployeesHandling projection by posting new CompanyPerson object. However it requires to specify Emp Org Code and Emp Pos Code. Is there any other option to create new employee without any assignment? The case is that org. codes and pos. codes are not harmonized between recruitment and IFS.The only option i found is to create with some fake codes and delete assignment after all.Is there any other option in REST API?Best regards,Wiktor

We have SO 1900014 linked to project 50301BU, item no. 17881467.We are trying to remove the part 185X48X25.4MM-125X6 from the BOM and replace it with 185X43X25.4MM-125X6, but we are unable to do so. The system is giving an error (see attached).I believe this error is in place to prevent directly deleting parts in the SO that are linked to a project. However, when we modify the part in the project item information, the same change is not reflected in the SO.As a result, the BOM in the project item info does not match the BOM in the SO, and we have no way of updating the SO. This discrepancy is preventing us from closing the SO due to the incorrect BOM.And getting the attached errorCould someone help with this?

How does one setup a Warehouse location that is customer owned?  I’m getting an error when trying to move to stock and I’m not sure how to fix it.  

Our Engineering team is trying to enter technical drawings for parts and then find out where other users can access them in IFS.  For example, where can a Buyer see the drawing to send to a supplier?  Where can the Shop Floor see the drawing for specs etc in production?

In Apps9 we can quickly create object connections between a document revision and multiple objects (for example several Shop Orders). When adding a row in the Objects tab in Document Revision window the Connect Object dialog appears and I can choose an Object type and then search and select multiple rows to connect to the document revision.I can’t find this functionality in Aurena (Cloud), hope someone could help me!

We are facing issue while we are stopping the env Received error message from Node Manager Server: [Server kill command for WebLogic server 'MainServer1' failed due to: [Waited for the process to finish for 20,000 millis, without success. This is a known limitation with the java.lang.Process.destroy call when the managed process has child or sub process such as a start script calling java.  I have found similar issue on Oraclehttps://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=110997834838099&id=2351301.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=3p0e8iw9f_53 This is UPD21We can't identify the root cause for this issue. However, we have to remove .DAT files and .lok files in order to start the Application if not we can't start the application. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Good day,We’ve been looking to import data into custom fields on Items. The wiki is very, very detailed for the Data Mapper, but there does not appear to be an example of how to update the value of a shared field (let alone, in our case, a single lookup field).Below is what we had come up with. assystETM recognizes our custom Item field, RESOLUTION-PROGRESS, but we do not know how to tell it to import the data for that field, as there are no fields to specify this. Clearly, we are missing something.  Can anyone give us a hint or direct us to an example for updating custom item fields? Really appreciate it,...Donovan

I am trying to update a single attribute of all PurchaseOrderLinePart Entities linked to the PurchaseOrder the workflow runs on with a certain value (today’s date), but after reading and browsing for 2 hours i cannot find a way to do this.It seems the Reference_PurchaseOrderLinePart API only has GET functionality.I must be missing something obvious...

when we reject purchase requisition we write the reject  authorization note, and pr gone to plan status, the problem is that after releasing that PR again the the rejection note have been disappear, and user(who reject that PR previously)  want to see why i reject that THE PR ,

Dear PSO Experts,We have tested the Barriers functionality and found out that dynamic changes in the blockage direction, for instance changing this parameter from "Both" to "Clear" , only works if a new LOAD is sent to PSO. Is this correct? Let's say we are working on a PSO production environment and on Monday at 11 am it has been decided to remove an existing barrier at 3pm. How do we do that if it is not possible to send a new Load a 3pm? We are on PSO 6.13.0.25Best regardsMiguel

Hi All, Is it possible to make changes to the display on this search listing using the Page Designer ?In the example below, I want to hide the Site. 

Our customer uses excel-addin for creating and updating parts. We are trying to figure out what flags creates new records and what flags updates existing record from the excel. Is there a simple explanation? For example I get that is you create a new Part no there is a new record and of you add a new site to an existing Part no it will create a new record. So basically, are all P and K flags creating new records or is it all M flags as well?  Hope you understand my question :) Best RegardsEmma
