Hi! I’ve created shipment order between remote warehouse and site (remote warehouse → site). Remote warehouse is in the same site as destination site. I’ve sent and delivered the shipment. Now I want to receive shipment order using: Shipment Management → Inbound Shipment → Register ArrivalsIs it possible to receive shipment order to location that is actually in remote warehouse (the source one or another, doesn’t matter, the source one preferably) which belongs to the destination site? I can’t make this happen and I wonder if it’s matter of parametrization or it’s just not allowed.

Hello, I have a VPN to the IFS cloud. Now I have noticed that the Select does not show any data on many VIEWS, although data is available there according to the IFS quick report.CUSTOMER_INFO: works fine PURCHASE_ORDER: no Data In IFS-Quickreport i can select all Purchase Orders ! Is there a reason and solution so that I can see data from all VIEWS that I select via Qracle SQL Developer and not just the column names?I have already written the IFSAPP in front of the VIEW names.Thanks for your helpGreetingsMarkus

Hi, We have a problem with the background jobs. While a user releases a customer order the procedure creates a background job for the Customer_Order_Line_API.Calculate_Revenue__ procedure. This procedure throws an error while working in the background however when we re-execute the job works. Even if we Re-execute in the background manually from background jobs it gives an error. We created a new queue for this procedure but it still throws the same error. The screenshot of the error is below. What could be the problem? How can we solve it?The error about combination rules. 

HI,In Cloud, we are getting the below message.  Is there a way around it?  How do you give permission to create a new document for Person ‘*’?  I reviewed the post for same error for IEE, but did not help.  Would it be different for Cloud? User with * Person ID is not allowed to create new documents. Is it possible to have a part automatically populate in ‘Inspection Management’ after so many x amount of deliveries?I have tried using the Triggers such as ‘Interval Scheduled’ and set the Interval for 3, but I still have the part appear in Inspection Management for every delivery. If anyone has any idea on how to do this or if it isn't possible, it would be very much appreciated :)

Can someone advise what invoices I should expect to see in the Financials / Customer Invoice section - is this Instant Invoices, for example, rather than those created off the back of Customer Orders which you find in Sales/Invoicing/Customer Invoice?   Very confusing...   Thanks.

I am trying to connect my IFS Report Designer with my IFS Cloud instance but I am receiving an error that the certificate is not found in the IFSReportDesigner directory. When I did the IFS Academy training, I never got this error, and the training environment didn’t have a certificate in their IFSReportDesigner folder: The IFSReportDesigner folder that I got from installing this program did not come with a certificate folder or certificate file (I manually added the folder, but they are still looking for the certificate).I already have my IAM Client set up in my IFS Cloud Instance.I also noticed that there is a step about adding a certificate to the folder from the technical documentation Developing with IFS Report Designer - ALE Documentation For IFS Cloud but the link is not working.Where can I find this certificate?

Hi, I need to manage several activities on specific days and times for a customer.I thought about using the availability patterns on activity types linked to Standard task, but it is ignored in the PSO scheduling. This information is not reported in the task scheduling information.Am I missing something? Is there a way to use the availability model for the activity type in the planning? Thanks

We have people all over the place creating and sending/printing customer invoices. The extremely slim Accounting department needs to handle all the Accounts Payable day-to-day work and all customer invoice related issues. But the Report Archive only support querying invoices ordered by the users themselves. Invoices ordered by other users cannot be retrieved from the Report Archive.I expect there are several ways to come around this issue. Which would be the simplest and smartest ways? Please advice.

Hello, I created Custom Field in this entity, but when I open my SQL view, it is not there, what should I do?Should I switch on toggle List Of Values for this CF, or there is other option?Thanks   

We are currently working with IFS Cloud (23R2) and have a requirement to add an additional column to the ‘Print Pick Lists’ window by creating a new custom attribute. However, we have encountered an issue: we are unable to locate the entity ‘PrintPickList’ or the corresponding LU in the ‘Entity Configuration’ window. Additionally, we attempted to create a new entity named ‘PrintPickList’ in the ‘Entity Configuration’ window, but encountered an error during this process. Could you please clarify if it is possible to add custom fields to the ‘Print Pick Lists’ window? If so, could you provide guidance on how to achieve this?Alternatively, is there a possibility that this functionality has been disabled for this specific window?

Hi, When 2 separate employees are trying to report to a same shop order operation from Shop Floor Workbench at the same time, one employee is getting the below error.There can be situations where more than one employee will be working on the same shop order operation at the same time. Therefore, it seems that this error is not quite that much valid.Is there any way we can avoid this error, and allow more than one employees to report the same shop order operation at the same time ? Thanks,Thushitha

Hello community,We have configured NotifyMe as per Technical Documentation in IFS Cloud 23R2.Customer is using the default app parameters including the HUB URL for notifications. Permission Sets are configured properly and assigned to the user.  Database Processes are also working. But, Send Notification is also not sending the notification even though the BG Job completes without errors. However, when the mobile user registers the device (Windows/iOS/Android), we cannot see the ‘Push Enabled’ option for any user in the IFS Cloud > Installed Apps / Devices. In the app DB Viewer, we see below, not sure if it helps. We have checked the BugReport as well but didn’t notice errors.Cloud logs show the below error:  We made sure that the Notifications are enabled for the app from OS level before logging into the app. I have attached the BugReport as well.Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this issue? And how to solve this?  Thanks much.

When trying to show details of a record in Application Monitoring Console, no records are ever shown. How does this Details page work? Is it not working in IFS Cloud anymore? 

When i change caller or inter new text in short decs after the order is received on device it will not updated before the technician manual update the service order on mobile. When i change priority, request type, problem decs or problem code on the same service order it will update immediately with a notification on mobile. How do I get updates and notification immediately on mobile without SA has to manual update the service order, when I change short desc and caller backoffice?

Hi all. I have enabled SSO in TEST environment (IFSAPPS10 UPD17) and I can’t access the REST API Documentation. Compatibility Application Type (Int). Note: The Compatibility Application Type (Main) works fine. It prompts me to login but IFS does not accept my Oracle login neither SSo microsoft.Cloud someone help me with it? If a Cancel the sign in, get the error bellow.

Hello Team !  I need to input a global internal transport leadtime (of the ‘From external supplier’ variety) that applies across all registered suppliers (we have 800+ in our database) for a given ‘Ship-via’ option : is there a way to do this without manually creating 800+ items in the ‘Supply Chain Matrix for Supplier’ screen - one for each Supplier address ?Any help will be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance :) Julien
