On the New Voucher screen in IFS Cloud, when new lines (rows) are added and saved, they are automatically re-ordered (re-sorted) in a way that appears random.  Does anyone know the rationale behind this auto-sorting?  Is there a way to have the rows be sorted in the order that they were entered?  It causes efficiency loss due to having to scroll and search for the appropriate row(s), when certain rows require editing.

We are currently using Apps 10 Upd 18.  All of our techs utilize mWO Service 10.  We were about to start the process of implementing Work Task Templates to a large scale to standardize our services and quotations.  However, in early testing, it was discovered that we are only given the opportunity to add a single work task template to a quotation while using mWO.  After that, we are able to add additional “raw” work tasks, but never a work task template.This severely limits our ability to go this route.  If we could add multiples, we would be able to keep the individual templates relatively basic services for example Replace Belts, Replace Coolant, Replace Water Pump, etc.  For each of those, the techs would add whichever ones they want and move on.With this limitation in mind though, we would need to create Work Task Templates with multiple Work Lists on them in varying combinations.  This will force us to create a higher quantity as well as a higher complexity of templates, while sti

Hello, We have been experiencing inconsistent behavior when WT status set to Work Done (Automatically) when the Assignments belong to the Work Task get completed. In some instances, the Work Task status stays in ‘Work Started’ Status without changing to Work Done.  In this Example, the WT has a single Work Assignment and the MWO user completed the Work Assignment and Returned to  mobile. The IFS Cloud Work Assignment Status is ‘Completed’ and the ‘Time to Completion’ filed is ‘0’.     But the Work Task is still in ‘Work Started’ status. Are there any other rules that could affect  changing the Status of the Work Task to ‘Work Done’. ? Also this behavior is intermittent as well. Thanks and Regards,

I have the screen Scheduled Work Tasks which shows the Work Tasks PSO has scheduled. I have the impression a filter is automatically set, as the Activities view in PSO shows far more records when compared to the SCheduled Work Tasks screen. Based on visual comparison, I would argue that Scheduled Work Tasks screen only shows current (today) and near future allocations, but none from the past nor far future. Is this correct and would this be configurable?  

Hi,In Apps 9 whilst using Data Migration Jobs, users were able to delete records after loading data from spreadsheet and before migrating the records into IFS.However, in IFS Cloud (23.1.11) there seems to be no option to delete records like the ones highlighted below:Users need this ability to review and delete records before migrating them into IFS.Is this a case of missing functionality in Cloud that will be added in future updates?

This refers to IFS Cloud (we are on 23R2U3): When creating an ExecuteQuickReport command via Page Designer, you can do parameter mapping upon creation.  Is there any way to see these mappings after the command has been published?

 I am creating an Excel Migration job that will set hundreds of Requisition Authorisation Rules to ‘Planned’.This is very much like the topic I raised and got a very good answer that worked well: Excel Migration - Delete User Sites | IFS Community. On this occasion the same principles are not working for me.Here is the job...For the Action on Seq 10 I have toggled InLoop and NoExecution.For Seq 20, I set these attributes…My source mapping looks like this - I allowed the default Source Columns and assume I don’t need to do anything with the first 4 Method columns…Having tried many variations, the latest result is set to null upon execution…In the debug Trace, I see this error…It looks like it is trying to grab every column and insert the values into the Attr_ variable.I’m out of ideas now

Hi, A customer contact does not receive customer order confirmation e-mails. However, in the order history, I can see a record when I click on e-mail order confirmation for this contact. Also, this emails I cannot find in application messages as well.However other contacts of this customer do receive order confirmation without any issue.Do I need to check anything in the IFS person/contact setup to resolve this?Thank you.

Hi All, We  created a lobby image element , value to these images is passed through a URL.But in lobby I’m getting a black cross mark on the middle of  image as shown in attachment. when  put cursor on that image it shows ‘Can’t access image location’. when i open it separate window i can see it without black cross. Hi,I have a process where I am collecting a bearer token, and I then need to use that value in a subsequent message. Looking at the guide it looks like I can use an integration function in message routing too (which I haven’t done before).The function is pretty simple as shown below. I have then added the function and argument into the argument value for the message routing. It doesn’t appear to be getting picked up.The exception message I am getting is stating - Exception: AccessToken is required for bearer authentication.However, if I hard code it with a value I get a different response.I’m not able to add the full token into the argument due to the length, otherwise I would try that for testing.Therefore, can I use functions in this way. The FSM Connect Guide implies I can. If you can what have I done wrong?RegardsAdyFSM6 U23

On a Purchae Order, in APPS10 we’re seeing that the Wanted Delivery Date calculation is allowing the date to be a weeekend or holiday. Is there a way to make that change itself to a work day?

Hello, I can't figure out on which invoice my serial part was invoiced. I have an order line with 40 parts, I have invoiced 20 on an invoice A and 20 on a invoice B. I can't figure out if my serial part X  was invoiced on the first or second invoice.I can't find a screen that contains both informations. IFS, on the other hand, manages to find this information, as it's on the standard edition. Could you please help me?Best regards, Lina
