What versions of Camunda and JavaScript are used in our Workflow/BPA? For example, one of my colleagues has noticed that the findIndex() method is not supported, while indexOf() works fine. Additionally, using let as an alternative to var doesn't seem to work, and const is not supported either.

IFS Cloud “Service Contract” page has a command button called “Refresh Lobby Data”. What is the intent of this button? When users create Customer Invoices connected to service contracts (either via Service Contract Invoice plan or Work Order specific sales invoices), how is this revenue updated to the system (Analysis for Servce Contract page) so that one can see it from the page charts? I’ve generated customer invoices but the Service Contract analysis “revenue” graphs will not react to this in any way. It seems that the analysis page uses a IFS Lobby element called REVENUE TYPE ANALYSIS, which is a standard lobby element managed by IFS RnD

Hi,if we wanted to create a vpn tunnel between FSM server (which is IFS Managed Cloud) and our server, for sending file (via integration), is it something we can do by ourselves, or do we (also) need to request some change from IFS? Thanks in advance for your feedback. ~Juni

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent. Please help with this issue. When logging into the IFS application, the above issue occurs.

Dear Community, We have a customer which owns several companies. They have defined a group credit limit applicable for all the Customer Orders placed on all entities of the group. As the credit limit is own at company level in IFS customers, what is the best practice to apply this limit on all the companies within the full group. IE : Credit limit at group level is : 500 000 $ t = 1 Company A received an order of 300 000 $t = 2 Company B received an order of 150 000 $t = 3 Company C received an order of 75 0000 $ => blocked due to credit limit Regards

Is it possible to link a document to two objects via the report rules when creating it (e.g. a delivery note to both the delivery note object and the associated sales order? Currently I only see the option of having to create the report again each time. But then I have two documents, each of which is linked to an object. Thank you for your help.

Hello All,I am hoping for some guidance on Supplier forecast volatility. I’m curious if there is a way in IFS to understand the order forecasts and supplier commitment changes over time to address supply volatility and ensure supplier accountability. I have seen Supplier 360, but there does not seem to be any reports or areas where you can essentially view their forecasted buys with the changes. Essentially if a Supplier commits to buy $100,000 of part XYZ, but they only bought $20,000 over that period of time.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, We have got a small subsidiary for which we want to use only the finance functionnality of IFS (No project management, no PO)Any body has ever be in this situation ? Christophe

Hi,From my understanding, there are two ways to add the “return travel” and record this transaction in reference to the task when a task is completed from the mobile:The "Report in" functionality involves inputting an estimated arrival date by considering the departure date and time, along with the duration of the trip. "Time" functionality: The technician initiates a "Return Travel" transaction by selecting the mobile return travel option. This transaction is completed when they select the stop travel option. In our case, in both scenarios, we receive failed transactions in IFS Cloud, and the information is not saved. Below are the "errors":Scenario 1 :  Scenario 2:  Do we need to configure some basic data for the mobile users? Are there any configurations for Return Travel that we’re not considering? Thanks Stefania & Eleazar@SDN

We’re working with a client where we are planning to use Product Structures for their Manufacturing business. However there are a series of Products where they can use either a combination of Parts A, B, C, or, the they can use a combination of parts C, D.We’ve proposed that these should be identified as being different parts with separate Product Structures but the client has rejected this as the completed Product is 100% identical both visually, technically and structurally, so irrespective of the item combination used to make them, from a Sales and Storage perspective the completed Products are the same. The only option we seem to have (as we can’t use Alternate Parts to manage this), is to use Recipe rather than Product Structures to manage this, but this leads to a series of questions:Is it possible to combined both Product and Recipe Structures in a Single Site in IFS (Previous questions in the community appear to indicate that it is) What, if any complications can this cause from

Hello All, When working with IFS Cloud, it’s always the case that in the same browser I have multiple tabs of different environments open at the same time (CFG / UAT / TST / PROD).Do you know if it’s possible via Appearance Configuration to add a prefix in the Browser Tab so that from the overview you could tell each tab to which environment it belongs?I’ve looked at the different options that are available but I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for. This is what I would have in mind:

Is it possible to offset a SUCHECK with an SUPOA?  We have an issue with an Open SUCHECK not being able to be seen or used in Mixed Payments when selecting the Payment Doc No column.  An error appears saying, “Could not find unique matching value for xxxx”  There are 2 SUCHECK xxxx and 2 SUCHKPOA xxxx.  1 of each was cancelled.  How do you go about clearing the SUCHECK?

How do you configure self-billing supplier invoice from a purchase order receipt in IFS Cloud? We’ve set up:Self-Billing on the Supplier  enable sending self-billing invoice on “Receiving Advice” by setting Message Class SBIINV for the supplier type of Receiving Advice must be selected. With all of the above set, the supplier invoice is still not generated on receipt.I am getting a receipt advice, but no connected receipts

Hi Community,Can someone let me know when the Move Task on a Work Order is introduced and what the restrictions are? Thanks in advance,Robert Kool

Hi,Is there any possible way to update the total miles generated in PSO to the cloud (i.e., the total miles traveled from the resource location to the activity location)?

Hello experts,In IFS Cloud appearance configuration, users have the ability to upload images to be displayed in various locations within the application. However, once an image is uploaded, it cannot be removed from the resources page, as there is only 'Upload' option available, with no additional options for removal. Is there anyway we can achieve this?  Thank you in advance.

Not entirely sure what our expectations should be here… We have a user who has copied/pasted material rows from Shop Order A onto Shop Order B.  Parts are in stock on the relevant site; Supply type on Shop Order B showing as Invent Order. User then attempts to directly Issue material to the rows newly pasted onto Shop Order B (select row/Manual Issue).  Manual Issue Shop Order Material screen comes up blank. If the parts are entered onto Shop Order B by a new line being created, Manual Issue Shop Order Material comes up with stock available to be issued as expected. If we run the ‘Redefine Supply Code’ and change to Project Inventory  and then run the ‘Redefine Supply Code’ again and change back to Invent then the Manual Issue… screen is populated correctly.     Has anyone else experienced this at all? Thanks!

Dear all, Another strange observation when creating a Service Line on a Service Contract. After we created the Service Contract header we can add Service Lines ‘New Service Contract Line”. Then we get to a wizard where we can add a ‘Work Type’, and we can add Objects to the ‘Scope’. But when we try this, the ‘Item ID’ drop down remains empty. (Allthough there are definitely available objects - as we can see later). Because the Item Id drop down is empty, we save the Service Line without any scope. We return to the Service COntract, Expand the contract so we can select the Service Line again; Go to the tab ‘Scope’ and try to add a new line and now it works perfectly. (see printscreen below). So my question: why is the scope not populating the same drop down when we were creating the line with the wizard. Best RegardsRoel

We have issues where data on mobile gets stale (out of synch with system data) - in particular affecting logistics and van warehouse inventory. Getting the user to change user when logging on solves this - but is there a way to force full mobile update at specific intervals without the SA having to change user?

I want to define a huge project in project form(the number of activities is a lot). I assign a calendar to project but I need to assign different calendar to some activities of this project(different from what we set up at the beginning). I want to know is it possible to do this? If the answer is YES, that would be great to let us know how we can set this feature?Product Version: UPD24Business Impact:About business impact I should mention that by assigning different calendars to different activities in MSP our % planning progress will be different from what we define in IFS application and we will face wrong data for our monthly progress report to our managers which these reports are queries from IFS data.Thank YouAdina

Hello, Could I please know when a new Sales part is to be created, can it be created with the ‘Taxable’ toggle button automatically enabled?  Greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

Hi All, While a technician is trying to upload a document through the app he is not able to do the same and getting this error. Need your guidance regarding this. Regards,Mani
