I provide our IFS Dev credentials (Ordered this environemnt through lifecycle.IFS.com), it says the error as Too long when i try to Test Connection. But I able to connect to IFS Dev server through Oracle SQL Developer. Please help me to connect it through IFS Developer studio.

Hi All,I am trying to call a REST API and it has Basic Authorization. User and password were defined in ‘IFS REST Task Configurations’ as the first step.My problem is, I need to create an ‘AuthHeader’ using User and Password in an inline script. However it looks like you cannot refer values defined in REST Task Configurations in an inline script.Although it is possible to hard-code user and password in an inline script, I am trying to figure out how to externalize user/password using 24R2 new feature ‘REST Task Configurations’.Does anyone know how to utilise REST Task Configurations for defining user and password for basic Authorization?

Hi ExpertsI am using the ifs cloud 23R2. i try to import an external supplier invoice including the attachment (PDF file) into IFS. Either the external supplier invoice nor the posting proposal has an attached document. does anyone have an idea where else to look or have a hint what else to try? When i check the application message i see that both files were imported correctly: this is the routing adress setup for the document and for the xml file the routing roule for pdf file the routing rule for xml file  in the external supplier invoice document files gets imported but stays in status loaded when i check the corresponding external supplier invoice and i click on attachement… ...i see that the invoice attachment gets recognized if i compare to a system which works (22R2) i dont have an attachment but I have different button “View Local File” and the imag file status has a status of “document not CheckedIN. and I also have a Imag File Name.  in Both system the routing adress and rule

We are having issued with Microsoft New Outlook - when there is more than one attachment in an email and the user want to save them, the new Outlook automatically Zips the file when they save attachments.  When a user then adds one of these attachments e.g. in PDF format to IFS, it cannot be viewed.     Is anyone else having this type of issue?

I just went through a successful upgrade from IEE to 23r2 deployed On PremI have the provided IFS_INVENTORY, IFS_SALES, IFS_CRM, and IFS_PRODUCTION_PERFORMANCE models deployed for Data Mart and scheduled.I scheduled my Data Mart Refresh Category, Data Load, and Model Processing in a db task chain, these execute successfully, and I see my logs in both data and process runs. For some reason I don't see any data past the day I did the initial data load in SQL Server, the data is fresh in the MVT and BI tables. Can someone assist with this, if so, please let me know if more information is needed from me?

We dont want to lose the charges and the original information the customer invoice has

Hi, With plsql_rest_sender_api.call_rest_endpoint_empty_body I can send the response to the callback function. However, I couldn’t do it with “plsql_rest_sender_api.call_rest_endpoint”. The common callback function returns an error in the second chain of the routing rule. Is it possible? Caused by: oracle.jdbc.OracleDatabaseException: ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'REST_CALLBACK_TEST'ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:PL/SQL: Statement ignoredORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.PLSQL_REST_SENDER_API", line 124ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.PLSQL_REST_SENDER_API", line 133ORA-06512: at line 1

Greetings! I am trying to add a part number in a certain configuration structure in IFS 10 but I keep getting this error, “Phase in Date of this component conflicts with parent revision date range.” The part number has a phase in date of 06/24/2024 and the phase in date of the configuration structure I want to put it in has a phase in date of 08/03/2023 and does not have a phase out date. Not sure why it won’t let me add the part number
