Yes, you can do this. In your example, both quantity and price is negative. Either quantity or price can be negative, just not both. The logic uses basic math -1 * -1 = +1.   Quantity or Price can be negative.

Thank you for you kind reply . But my qty is positive only the price is negative.

Log a ticket with support.    It looks like - your starting point is a negative invoice. That was processed.  Then it looks like you're trying to credit the credit. That should be OK. however, it looks like logic is trying to create the credit with a negative price and negative quantity.   That’s not allowed.  

If the invoice was positive, I would expect that the credit would work.   Credit a credit does not appear to be working.  Log a ticket with support. 

If you need to fix AR, create another II (not from the create credit).
