Hi, In App9 we had Lobby Element that used Multi Series in Line Chart. It seems that Multi Series does not work in Cloud any more (we are on 23R2).Here you can see how it looked in App9 and i Cloud. I’ve created a simple example. Can anybody help me? What do I do wrong? Or is it Bug?The Split on column does not work properly. Any idea why?

Hi, This is related to error when generating absence for people who has change of position/assignment. Context: Take this example - Employee E103111 has change of position multiple times within the company but his employment start date is 15/12/2022. See below screenshot:  What the HR person normally do to fix this is to temporarily change the latest assignment of a person to match with the person employment start date. Which is super inconvenient for them. This thing has been an unproductive issue for a long time, but we do not know any better solution exist.Imagine if there is more than 100 people to generate absence and half of them need to do this temporary change, it is a nightmare. Please share or propose any better solution for this problem.

Hi All, i’m not sure what is exactly going on here so I thought to see if anyone has a suggestion on what is happening. Situation:We have Service Contract ‘8’ I added a couple of Service Lines Each service lines is associated with some Objects through the Scope tab Service Line ‘3’ has 1 object using the ‘Use Line on Structure’ option enabled (see printscreen - I also added a shot of the Eq Obj Navigator so you can see what objects are included in the structure of Object RTI250115-001) NBow I go to my PM Actions. I already created 3 PM actions for 3 objects belonging to that tree structure (Object Id’s ending in -003 / -004 /-006). Now I also want to create a PM action for Object -006 connected to Service Line 2 but this seems impossible. IFS will not allow me to select that combination. When I select Service Line 2, the drop down is limited to Objects ending in -001 / -002 / -005 = the objects that were not previously used. Why is that? Why would that limit my selection? P.S. I did alr

I am Accounts Payable Supervisor, we are processing a 100 expenses sheets weekly to reimburse our employees. It will take my AP team member around 6 hours one day a week.We are using IFS-Clouds. Is there a way to automate the process? Realy, appreciate any feedback, I have some idea already, however like to hear if anyone automated the process. One of my idea, is to create a internal file to upload to General ledger. I did not test yet, I am in the process to do so. Meanwhile , just looking for other options.

Question from my service team: is it possible to add a note to a problem code, and have this note show up in Mobile? We have certain problem codes where specific texts would be very helpful for both backend and SAs to have automatically clearly visible on the service order. The question may be if it is a big customization? Or possible with Mobile Customizer?

Hello. In Inventory Part in Stock, most of our users want to have a filter where Quantity on Hand is greater than zero. This is possible with search and adding that field and condition there, but we want to make it default to anyone that brings up a list in that page.I have read the documentation here: (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/040_tailoring/225_configuration/200_client_configurations/310_conditional_fields/) but still unable to set a working condition. This documentation indicates to use the Enumeration Filter on the QtyOnhand attribute.I did the following in Page Designer (we’re on 24R1), again following the documentation, but I am not sure what to type in the Value field. I tried just about everything (blank, record.QtyOnhand > 0, >0, QtyOnhand gt 0, etc.) and it will not let me proceed (it goes red and does not accept anything that I’ve tried).what do I type in Value? Can someone help letting me know how to make this condition effective?IFS Cloud 24R1In advance, than

Hi,In IFS CLOUD, do we have the possibility of creating the lobby data Sources from saved searches? As per the post : Create Lobby Data Source from Saved Search in IFS Cloud 23R1? | IFS Community   it is still not available up to 23R1/R2.   Do we have that option in any IFS CLOUD 24 Release updates or are there any plans in making it available in any future releases ? One of our customers is particularly interested in this information, and your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank You,Best Regards,Sangeetha Jayamaha./

HelloI’m trying to create an enrichment process workflow which triggered when calling the following projection action on the Operation Tab of the Routing page : RoutingHandling.svc/CreateStandardOperationWhen I add a new Standard Operation on a Routing, I want to update a custom attribute of the newly created RoutingOperation entity. As we can add a standard operation by copy or by reference, I need in both cases to get the standard operation to save it in the custom attribute “Orig_Std_Operation”, so in case we don’t have reference anymore, we keep the original one stored for further consultations and business operations. So in case we add the standard operation by Copy, there is no link to the standard operation, so I can’t update the field of the RoutingOperation entity with an event action, this is why i need a workflow event, to catch the Client value.I’m trying to achieve this since hours without any success.

Hi Experts; When we check Middle Tier Server performances using GRAFANA dashboards to check POD wise CPU & Memory utilization , below were observed Dashboard used : Even under normal conditions, some PODs have  ‘MEMORY REQUESTS ~ MEMORY LIMITS’  as in above image.QUESTION :-Does that mean these pods are fully utilized [memory] even under normal conditions ? Here MEMORY USAGE is always higher than MEMORY REQUESTS & MEMORY LIMITS.Is that a cumulative value or else? Should we mention that as a concern to consider when we give recommendations/ suggestions based on these details/behavior. BR!Dilshan

I am seeking a solution to manage shop orders in a production workflow where parts are built, tuned, and tested. The process should allow for a dynamic flow such that:Operation 10: Approved → Progress to Operation 20 Operation 20: Approved → Progress to Operation 30 Operation 30: Approved → Progress to Operation 40 Operation 40: If a failure is detected during testing, the part should be reset and moved back to Operation 20 for reprocessing.

Hello All, We are currently using IFS MWO Service 10 (UPD9) and we are experiencing increased Initialization time and slowness in MWO App. When we referred to the Lobby Page for Mobile App Status we noticed ‘Queued Out Messages’ has reached almost 700,000 and would you kindly share your thoughts and advice if there is any connection related to the above Message Queue and any recommendation on reducing the increased initialization time? Many thanks.
