do you have any idea how I can solve this
“Report component scrap on material history :P1 will result in not enough material issued to satisfy the receipts and or operation scrap already made on this shop order.”

it seems like toy have already received the finished product and trying to do component scrap where no additional material left to scrap, in other words you are trying to scrap component material which is already included in the received finished product.
