Hi everyone,I have an issue. I am trying to reject a request work task from IFS Cloud (Apps for page designer) but I receive this error.If I want to cancel it from MWO it works but I want to access the page from the Cloud (to make some changes) and in the Cloud I can't get rid of this error.There is no work task clocking transaction:Do you have an idea how could I fix this? We would like to request the addition of a custom field in the "Reference" tab of Business Opportunities. The relevant view and entity details are as follows:View: BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_REF Entity: BusinessOpportunityRefUnfortunately, we are unable to locate the BusinessOpportunityRef entity in the entity configurations. Additionally, it does not appear in the additional views of the entity.  Could anyone please assist in identifying the correct configuration or guide us on the next steps to add the custom field in the "Reference" tab? Hello,I am encountering an issue when trying to invoice a specific supplier in IFS, which triggers the following error message: "You are not allowed to use ledger account. Check account for Row ID 1."Upon investigation, I found that the same ledger account (identified by code_a) is being used for several other suppliers without issue. However, this error occurs only for a particular supplier.While reviewing the system, I discovered that one of the conditions for this error is when the posting_type is set to 'MANUAL'. I would like to know if there is a way to modify the posting_type in order to resolve this issue or I have to configure anything else ?Has anyone encountered a similar problem, or can you advise on how to adjust the posting type or troubleshoot this further?Thank you in advance for your help!

When trying to deploy an event calling a workflow i get the following error :  When looking at the event, i have :  If deploying the event in Validation type i do not have this issue.I think the errorMessage is not compatible with the processEnrichment workflow type. How to deploy a process enrichment with error message to show to user please? Thank’s in advance

Hi all In the Shop orders operation menu, I have my selection of production orders for which I want to see the overall load.I select production orders by departmentIn my printout I have a global workload of 594h for W46 (including planned, requested etc etc production orders).When I remove the requested production orders, the graph falls back to 294h (this is normal).My problem is: I'd like to distinguish each load source in the graph (e.g. solid line for firm orders and dotted line for requested orders).How can I do this? I have this=> I want to do this to symbolise the load of the requisitioned shop orders 

One of our App10 customers has a requirement to track user logins. This is part of an exercise, where they are looking to find out inactive accounts. Is there a way that we can fulfil their requirement through a SQL query (eg:- fnd_Sessions,Fnd_Client_Logon_Tab) without enabling DB auditing?

Hi everyone,I’m unable to use a migration job to input a non-inventory sales parts with JUST a tax class.  If I try, I get the following error… I can however, create one with JUST a tax code.The odd thing is that if you debug the sales_part_api call when using IFS, both tax class AND tax code are supplied i.e. from the debug attr'TAX_CODE'||chr(31)||''||chr(30)||'TAX_CLASS_ID'||chr(31)||'1'||chr(30)|| Can anyone share any light on why this is? 

Could anyone with IFS Cloud please verify if the same is popping up as at my place (I've checked two environments that are not connected, both IFS24R1)I want to see only the rows that have factor = 1. Hello, should I allow some permissions while adding some CF in entity? Because I want to add a new button in commandgroups in entity Stock items in stock, but there are no button and when I add some, it dont display.Thanks for your responses   

I watched the you tube video and studied what I think is the extend of the information in our help documentation.  In the old days, we needed to have a certificate registered for the person who is doing the signing.  I don’t see references to needing a certificate in the help documents but I do see a Signing Certificates section within the Solution Manager.  Is that what I’m thinking about?How does all the work?  Do I need to have a person who is signing a document have to be registered as having a signing certificate.  How about for Internal vs External Users?Is there a place when I can see the whole story behind the use and setup of this functionality? Patrick

Hi team, To load a supplier payment into the Mixed Payment window using an external file template, I keep encountering an error: “ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [LOAD_ID] is mandatory for Ext Payment Item and requires a value.” I reviewed the External File column definitions but couldn't identify any column for the LOAD_ID.In the External Payments window, I also tried manually entering a Load ID, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to load the file for that specific Load ID. Hi Team,We are currently testing the IFS Credit Card Interface and encountered an error while posting a customer credit card-connected invoice. According to the IFS user guide, an offset transaction should be created when the invoice is posted.  However, when posting the invoice, a background job is created with the description 'Create Offset Payment Transaction,' but it goes into a warning state with the error: 'ORA-20105: Payment.NOTRANS: Payment does not contain any transactions. Occurred when applying payment CUPOA 5 for Invoice 970000006. Offset unsuccessful. As a result, no offset transaction is created, and the CUPOA is matched with the customer check that was created at the time of delivery. Kindly help me figure out how to get the offset created in the system.Thank you. Best Regards,prabha

Hi All,We are currently on 24R1 SU5 and SU6 will be available before 24R2 Release Update.I assume we can directly get 24R2 without getting latest Service Update.Is this the correct practice or do we need to get latest Service Update first before getting 24R2 Release Update which will be available on 28th of November 2024.

Does anyone know why the Reference field appears three times on the search filter on the PO header?Found this in multiple versions (23.1.12, 24.1.4, 24.1.5). 

One of the customers intend to use HR Time Reporting on MWO using the mobile integrations to connect to IFS Cloud time reporting pages. Of course, adding projections from IFS cloud time reporting will consider it a full license and not a MWO LTU user, however the customer also has a Time and Attendance Reporting Light License. If a user is connected to a MWO LTU and a T&A LTU, does this consider it as a full license, two license usages or a single license usage? Thank you

I’m looking to add a condition on the customer order line discount :    When validation, I need to check the discount type then the discount % and Amt/Then do some calculation based on customer loyalty program then authorize a certain amount or %. I’m not able to identify the correct way to deploy the bpa.  I have added a new line to generate an error to detect the correct projection :The error was generated when making a post oncustomerOrderLineDiscountHandling.svc/CustOrderLineDiscountSet(Objkey='ACA0D85ED1304D0FA3399E6087493821')/CustOrderLineDiscountArray The payload is the following : I made a user validation workflow to just read those data for the momentI have activated the workflow with debug enabled When visiting the page OrderLine Discount, before making any thing I get an error.By debugging the workflow I get :  Any idea on how to test the discount data please?We are using IFS 23R1.13

Hi all.Has anyone used Transformers in IFS10 to convert DESADV message?I have a customer that needs that the parts to be only once in the message. I mean, my DESADV has several labels (or several groups, I do not what it is called) for the same inventory part if this part has to be on, for example, 2 pallets, and on each pallet it is indicated how many kilos.But the customer needs only one line per inventory part with the total quantity (in this case, with the total of kilos)Is it possible to do this with Transformers? 

We have just moved our workshop and install teams into Alliance. They complete work on devices, like provisioning and installation, before the contract is created.For these devices, it sees that they show up as “Uninstalled” in Mobile Edge, and the meter option is not available. We have MOE flag -10268 set to 2Mandatory Meter Reading:(0: Not Mandatory, 1:Mandatory:activity is Resolved , 2: Mandatory:order is resolved, 3:Mandatory:customer contract and activity is Resolved, 4:Mandatory:customer contract and order is resolved)The existence of options 3 and 4 would suggest to me that 2 doesn’t require a contract.Is there any way that we can configure an Alliance to require a meter reading entry before contract setup? Am I misunderstanding what is causing the items to show as Uninstalled?

Is it possible to add custom fields to the “Relationship Management > Call Center > Cases” screen?  I can see them on the Case screen but, not on the Cases.

I have created a Manufacturing Control Plan Template and assigned this to specific Part Numbers.The control plan works fine until a new revision is made on the Product Structure or Routing, it then loses connection. The control plan then needs to be re-connected with the new revision. Is there a way to stop this from happening so the Control Plan does not disconnect from the part when a revision is created? Thank you!
