Set Code Part option is not available in Aurena client even though it is available in IEE for end users. Is there a setting has to be enabled specifically for Aurena? 

Hi,A saved search was created for the Customer Order Lines window as below. And then, that saved search was used to create a Lobby Data source. the VIEW is populated automatically with the saved search, since the VIEW is that in the Customer Order Lines screen.Then, a Link type lobby element was created using the created data source. And as you can see, the Page field cannot be selected, and it is empty. (It should be Customer Order Lines I think). And due to that reason, from this element, the screen cannot be navigated by clicking on the link in the element in the lobby. I have tested, and this problem exists for any saved search from the Customer Order Lines screen.As a workaround, I can change the VIEW to CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE in the data source and resolve the issue. Any reason, anyone of you are see / know why this functionality does not work for the CUSTOMER_ORDER_JOIN view ?CUSTOMER_ORDER_JOIN is the view used for the Customer Order Lines screen, anyway. Thanks,

We are trying to integration with external system using HTTPS.End point URL is - https://qa-tinsight.mercurygate.net/MercuryGate/common/remoteService.jsp Created ACL Created Wallet  certificate imported to DB serverbut still getting below error while calling the end point. Does anyone have experience in achieving this kind of thing? We cannot use IFS Connect for for this. Thanks !

Hi, It seems the option ‘Pick by choise’ used from shipment - Report picking of picklist lines does not work if material is customer owned?Is that a limitation to this functionality?We are running IFS 10 upd 3

I faced this issue during a technical investigation. There was an error message prompting in the application. "Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (The Voucher Row object already exists.) occurred while booking Invoice CN xxxxxx" After copying the PLSQL Details, pasted it in the Test Window and ran it. The error message came as same as shown in the app. While debugging there was a requirement of inserting traces using Dbms_output. The packages that I inserted were Voucher_Row_API, INVOICE_API and Voucher_Util_Pub_API. The traces were inserted and compiled without any issues. They worked fine for a while. But in the middle of the investigation, the error message changed to "Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (could not find program unit being called) occurred while booking Invoice CN xxxxxx." As you can see the text inside the bracket changed from ' The Voucher Row object already exists' to 'could not find program unit being called'. This also changes the error stack. Why is this happening and is there a wa

Hi, Does anyone know where I can define a Server File Directory (required for batch process) in the SAF-T process.This directory is required in Server Output File Directory field to generate the report via batch process.Can I add a new one from the application side ? Can I use only directory from application server in the path definition ? Or there may be defined any shared directory to that the application has access ? Best regards,Małgorzata

We are currently on Apps8, in the process of moving to Apps10.On occasion, an error is made and we don’t bill a customer enough for a physical product.They agree to be billed the correct amount.What is the best way to charge the additional amount, using the specific physical sales part from the original order (for reporting and accounting purposes), but not moving inventory?

We are in the process of upgrading our servers, and have experienced some unknowns that we couldnt cover in testing that have caused the IFS live application to be offline, sometimes for up to 3 hours when we are having to restart servers and understand what has caused the interuption.The business are understanding but expect everything to be up 24/7, 365 days.Am trying to manage expectation, but wondering from others experiece. How often does IFS experience service interuptions? We are averaging 98% uptime overall.

There is no field to update invoice series in the file & it is available only invoice type. In Aurena 10 I have a custom Commandgroups button (ExecuteAction), on the Change Request page, linked to an API.How can make it so that this button will only show when certain conditions on a Change Request are met?An example of this is the out of the box “Create CO” button that will only show when the EcoNo is null and the Objstate is Active (Not Cancelled or Preliminary). It uses this script in the Enabled configuration of the button.{"and":[{"==":[{"var":"record.EcoNo"},null]},{"!=":[{"var":"record.Objstate"},"Cancelled"]},{"!=":[{"var":"record.Objstate"},"Preliminary"]}]}When I grab this and enter it for my button under the Enabled configuration it does not work. Using the “Report Rule” we can set the P.O. filename in the Report Document Archive to something a bit “smart”, like “SUPno-PO-Pxxxxx ”.  Nice!   But what we’d also like to do for the benefit of our vendors, as we RMB - Send Order, is send them a “smartly” named file.  The IFS attached PDF default filename is  a concatenation of the Report Title and Result Key; which may as well be a random number.  Is there a way of defining the e-mail attached PDF’s filename?  Thanks!

Does anybody know whether it is possible to create an email alert that should fire when IFS Business Reporter Execution Server status stops. I tried to create an alert on XLR_BAES_TAB when Active = 0 but when the Business Reporter Execution Server stops on the Report Server the XLR_BAES_TAB Active column isn’t changing from 1 to 0. Any advice would be much appreciated.

When exporting a company template in the Cloud I do not get an option to define the export directory and so cannot see where/if the files have been exported.  I have checked my downloads and they are not there. Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so how has it been resolved? 

I would like to restrict access using permissions to the Supplier Quality Section in Apps 10 (Update 8), but i cant seem to find it, that's if its possible?Image below shows Supplier\Purchase\General, the section that is labelled Quality  Any ideas? ThanksSteve
