Phase out date is disabled

Hi all,

 

I am currently carrying out an investigation in the ‘Routing’ window.

Issue is: Not being able to edit the phase out date.

 

What could be the reason for the phase out date to be disabled?

Hi @Devni Panduwawala,

 

Could you please check the RMB > Properties of the Routing window header ?

Check whether the Phase Out Date has been set to Read Only, like above. If so, try disabling that.

Can you check whether it has been made Read-Only in conditional fields as well ?

Thank you for your reply. 

 

The given solution resolved the issue.

‘Phase Out Date’ was made editable by unchecking ‘Read Only’ option in ‘Conditional Fields’.
