How to attach a survey to a workorder ?

Hi,

  • Create a survey in Maintenance Survey (Technician Portal > Maintenance Survey)
  • Select appropriate Workflow type
  • Add questions
  • Approve and Publish the survey
  • Go to Technician Portal > Workflow Configuration
  • Select appropriate configuration type
  • Connect survey in "Eforms" tab
  • Add site
  • Activate the configuration

 

Once you create work order according to filters in the workflow configuration, configuration will apply. Then you can find the survey in the work order according to your workflow type.
