Hi,  Hope this message finds you well. We have a supplier with WHT set up to  be withheld at the payment (as image below), the Tax Code is also set up to withheld at payment. We need that the accounting and voucher to takes place only at payment moment. However, when we try to make a Manual Supplier Invoice, it automatically turns into PartlyPaidPosted and generate a voucher, as below:  Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

It is possible to do direct upgrade from IFS7.5 to IFS10. If the answer is no, what is the recommended path…..like IFS7.5 to ISF8 and then from IFS8 to IFS10 etc.

Reading in IFS Help about order types, I came across this:  “A default order type defined per site-customer combination has the highest priority, default order type on site has the next priority and default order type on customer has the least priority. “ Can someone tell me what a “site-customer combination” is?I know how to set defaults by customer and by site, but not “customer-site” combined.

I get the error message in the attachment when I click ”OK” on Customer Statement of Account. My question is does this mean that the print job will not execute at all or does it mean it will execute after the job that is in the queue before it has executed? Thank you.

Hello Community need help again, I am running Apps 10 (sandbox). Demand planning server is connected to Demand client, I have set of parts in Flow, but I don't see any historical data (demand) for the selected part in client. My Aggregation type only allows me to delete forecast data.

I am in the process of setting up Positive Pay as a Batch Process file out of IFS, using the standard External File Type ExtPosPayCheck. We have multiple companies in our IFS instance that we pay from.  I would like to generate a single file to send to the bank since all of the accounts are with one bank, but I’m not seeing that there is a way to do this - am I missing something, or is it correct to say that I will need to schedule a batch process for each company individually?Thanks, Cynthia

Business Scenario: If an employee is allocated to the project resources with an incorrect resource ID, the user is required to delete the entire line and add a new line with the correct resource ID for the same employee. Previous application versions have LOV functionality enabled to select the correct ‘Resource ID’, but this functionality is disabled in IFS APP10.Refer below example; Navigate to ‘Employee Allocation’ in Project Navigator. Add an employee (who is connected to multiple Resource IDs) under employee allocation.After saving this record, the LOV function to change the ‘Resource ID’ is disabled.  This functionality is available in previous versions of IFS Applications. Are there any possibilities to enable this LOV functionality or is there any specific reason to remove this functionality in IFS APP10? 

Do anyone know if the Map view on FSM can be extended to show not just one day but e.g. a week

Dear community, I am processing an invoice and i have a 0.02c balance due to rounding, is there a setting in the system that will automatically allocate this to a rounding account? Having to add a manual line in the Manual Supplier Invoice screen seems time consuming. IFS9 Up15 - Not using Supplier Invoice Workflow. Thanks , 

Do User Roles and Permissions Set Change from APPS10 to Apps10 Aurena?  Does the move from Apps10 to Apps10 Aurena require changing the User Roles and Permissions Sets that were already established in Apps10 Release 2?

Can someone explain to me how the cost of a part gets divided if we chose ‘Split Cost’? I am trying to receive into inventory a part that was found during counting.   Help says ‘The total cost will be split up into cost detail lines in accordance with the settings in IFS/Costing.’  - if you can explain with breakdown of the cost, that’ll help

Hello,  I’m trying to import fixed assets using the ExtFAObjectImport template, however there’s no column to accumulated depreciation. Since my fixed assets already have some depreciation, how to import those? Thanks.

In search domains, for work orders it is only Work Order (active separate) that are available. It is not possible to search for Work Tasks, only Case task and Task are available.Will the search domain for work tasks be enabled with any future update?

Hi, I’m having troubles generating invoice preview for a service contract. The following error message is coming. Want to know the missing steps.  For the service contract I have connected a work order and Sales lines are there for the work order. When I check the invoice preview no invoices has been created for the sales lines either.  Steps. 1. Go to window Generate Invoice preview. 2. Select the customer, site, Service contract pre created.3. Click OK Please help Thank you

Hi.In IFSAPP-10,Work order description does not get updated automatically when we generate the work order from PM action.Steps.Go to PM actions and take any active PM action. Make sure Work description field is filled with a description. RMB and Generate Work Order.  For the newly created work order, the work description remains null.Any idea how does this work? 

Hi Everyone,Wondering if someone can help me with a migration job issue.I am trying to update a field within a Custom page. In below screenshot I need to update last column called Exported as YES (which can be a Custom enumeration or simple text). Please note, there can be multiple rows. Jobs worked absolutely fine when there is only one row. But if more than one, it’s throwing below error:Below are the Job details:  Question is what to update in the job to modify same Column on multiple rows? Hello,I am trying to invoice one order and I made already the pick up but now I want to Deliver the order and the option it’s not available.

What is the best way to take return of material sent to Customer (we shipped wrong Product) - order is not invoiced.I try to change Disposition to Not Used on Material line, but Return Reason is mandatory. No Return Reasons are avaliable - we do have 4 return reasons in the Return Reasons table

Has anyone used non deductible tax in supplier invoices in cloud 21R1where the deductible percentage of tax is 0% in the tax code? there is a problem in cloud where if we create a PO with a non- deductible tax code and create an invoice from it (with the same non-deductible tax code, the supplier invoice does not add the non-deductible amount to the postings which leads to an imbalance in the invoice as shown below  if we delete the posting line and manually match, then this problem gets resolved. This issue is there in 21R1 Regional test CMB and I have already logged a support case, but since the customer who face this issue has not decided to move to cloud yet, there are complications in sending this to R&D Appreciate an answer from someone who is aware on this  

Hi Experts, In the FSM schedule board screen "Person Calendar Exception" lookup is showing the Exception Type. But does not show the Exception Type Description.It is not possible to adjust the screen 'Person Calendar Exception' as it is not available in the UI designer.Background is to change the visualization of the Exception type -> not only to display the code value but to show the description. As I have checked its showing "PERSONCALEXCEPTADD" screen but that screen is only showing exception ID. Attachment 01: scheduled board screen "Person Calendar Exception" lookup Attachment 02: UI Design of "PERSONCALEXCEPTADD"  So, my question is this the correct screen to do this change and is there a way that we can change this dropdown values to show description instead of code table value? ThanksMinindu
