HiIFS10 - I have attached some documents on a BO line ( Business Opportunity Line) afterwards I have WON the BO and placed the BO to order. What do I need to setup in order to be able to see the attachment on the CO line ? ( Customer Order Line)    Br,Marianne

Hi,I’m trying to upload absences using migration job connected to ‘External Absence Import Type’ window. However, when executing the background job this error displays “ORA-20110: ExtAbsImportTransaction.NOPOSTIMPORTFUNCTION: External absence validation function  not defined for format EXT_ABSENCE”Same error can be recreated from the application. Is there something to do with basic data setup?below is the external absence import type I have used. Any idea how to solve this error?Thank You

One of our MRO customers are having an issue where, when you manually add a blow through part (Type K) in an ASO material line and then include a random part to the same work scope from the Disposition Summary Screen; after the releasing of the Interim order structure, the manually added blow through part gets removed.Kindly explain why this is happening as I believe think this an incorrect behavior.

An MRO customer of ours is requesting for solution for the following scenario:Customer is having a part which is always replaced every time in the parts of the unit that composes the received repair product. There are multiple number of these replacements parts under each unit, and the customer doesn't want to issue a Disposition Shop Order because they are getting replaced every time. But he wants it to be able to be connected to ASO material tab as well. How can we handle this on the system?

Make sure these bugs are removed before merging mandatory patches and starting the build. Hopefully these bugs will be included in Oracle CPU excel sheet so it would be easier to avoid it.

in SAP it is possible to delegate an authority level for another employee during the Manager’s vacation. Is it available in IFS, so that POs, postings etc can be authorized by another person during only the vacation of a Manager. Can you please help understand how to do it with screenshots maybe?

Hi, When creating a BR report the developer has used quick information source which containing the "DIM_ACCOUNT" and “DIM_COMPANY” standard dimensions. Inside the report design, there is a parameter for the account. Since the company is the parent of the account, They have used a company parameter as well.when the user orders that report from IEE, There is no LoV option for the account parameter. When ordering it through the business reporter excel add-on, once click the LoV option of the account parameter it will pop up the company LoV as a prerequisite. (Please note that there is a separate parameter for the company and the user should select the values for the company before selecting the account parameter)This company and account parameter LoVs properly working for some BR reports. Therefore I have compared the dimension joins of both information sources and there is no considerable changes.If you have any suggestions or information regarding this matter please let me know. LoV – L

The permission sets work fine on the existing user but for the new user i receive the below error, does anyone per chance know how to resolve this? I’m using the extract functionality in FSM (version 6.6) to post table updates to an HTTP endpoint. This works as expected when using an unauthenticated endpoint. I simply specify the endpoint in the “Extract Address” field and the updates post successfully.How can I use an authenticated HTTP endpoint (basic authentication) to post extracts?

Hi all, On IFS10 - UPD9 In EE - you can simply drag and drop screens to a different place in the navigator.How to do this in Aurena?For example, instead of having to open 4 menu’s, (Human Capital Management / My Self-Service / My Expenses / New Expense Sheet) I would like that New Expense Sheet becomes available directly under Human Capital Management.

Hello,I have a customer that uses Chrome to open IFS. When they try to use Page Help it loads an empty page (except for the side navigator). When they try to search in the side navigator, nothing appears either. They tried another browser (IE) and it worked for them. I logged into both their TEST and PROD environments and tried Page Help in Chrome and it worked for me. Hi All, In IFS 6.3, there is a screen - “ Task Status work flows” and it is used to configure statuses in mobile applications. As per the description, it works only on the mobile client. Can anyone guide on how to do the same in FSM Back end client where only next possible status are shown instead of the entire list? Thanks, Shankar

Is there a way to set the default scheduling direction to Forward scheduling instead of Backward scheduling on Shop Orders?

There is any way that I can track the shipping's of the customer order. Because I would like to track the freight until they arrive to the customer.I know that the majority prefer to have a third party in this but i would like to do it from IFS10.Any help or idea could help, please.

I can create persistent custom fields in Purchase Receipts History and make the field updateable. But I cannot enter any value in the Purchase Receipts History window. Why?
