Unable to create new profile in Astea v15 UAT

I need to set up a new profile in our UAT, but when I try to save the profile I get an error message: failed to save global xml, consult event log for details.

Hi Bjørn,

Yes, you need an updated license file.  Please request this from your IFS Account/PM manager or through the IFS Alliance support desk.  They will arrange a new license file based on your current file to be sent to you.
