Hi,  I’m trying to use the Asynchronous Response in Routing Rule under IFS Connect to jump to a PL/SQL function. Is it possible in IFS9 update 11? From the link below I see that it’s possible in some version but I can’t find the exact same page in our documentation so I assumed that one is for apps10? https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/050_development/024_integration/015_connect/025_plsql_methods/default.htmFor Inbound message flows it is possibly to define directly a PL/SQ method instead of BizAPI using the PL/SQL Routing Address type.  I don’t have that option when creating a Routing address.Is there maybe another way around it? Hi, I dont know if it’s the right way to mention a potential case but i noticed 2 quite strange things in IFS cloud on 2 different environments : - Transport task to remote warehouses deletion after “Refill putaway zones” batch launch→ Transport tasks previousely deleted seems to be created again after a few seconds, without any user action.- Refill source method chamges (invent order or purchase) on remote warehouse assortment are not taken into account : if I change the refill method from invent to purchase, i still have a transport task generated if launch “Refill putaway zones” batch.Thanks for your help and expertise on this topic, it may be an error from my side in the setup. 

Hi, I want to do Mixed Payment Bulk upload through External File upload. But with the file I can upload only to Mixed Payment header part in general tab.  And I saw in this mixed payment there is three (3) API;MIXED_PAYMENT_API > for  General TABPAYMENT_LUMP_SUM_API > for Transaction line MIXED_PAYMENT_MAN_POSTING_API > for Manual posting line Is there any way to upload bulk in mixed payment window with a signle template ?  

HiBit of a strange one for you all. Our procurement team are able to create change orders in one of our companies and amend descriptions on the lines etc, but cannot do it in our other company, they get an error saying it needs to be in planned status, so they change it to planned and then get an error saying Description cannot be changed when status is not Released or Confirmed, yet it works fine in the other company. I have checked the base data but cannot find anything relating to change orders, and I don’t think its permission related if they can do it in the other company.Does anyone have any ideas?ThanksHayley

In order to know what view we need to fetch information from in the past (IFS Appl 10 and backwards) we could always query the good old “Object connections” that has:Now, since we only are allowed to fetch data from projections (starting with Cloud21R1 and upwards) - how do we know what projection to invoke depending on what object(s) a document is connected to?

When creating a .NET interface (C#) using the standard OData connected service library, the standard way to set the data time is to use the very own type DateTimeOffset. DateTimeOffset now_ = DateTimeOffset.Now;hu.Loaded = now_;But, this ends the request up with ODP_DESERIALIZATION_ERROR. The connector we use: OData Connected Service - Visual Studio Marketplace If that’s not supported by IFS, what is IFS’s standard and supported OData connecter for .NET applications?If that’s supported, is there a bug fix from IFS to overcome this issue?Thank you Sample code: 

Messages sent to out incoming mail are being picked up bij the email listener services.They ‘re placed in the processed folder in the mailbox. But the messages don’t appear in the History of Error queue when i check the API Controller.exe on our utility server. In the EMLS102 eventviewer logging i see it starts processing the message.“ Run API Request On profile …..“ In the Eventviewer\Applications and services logs\Microsoft\Windows\MSMQ\End2End I see:Message with ID {1a8a9206-cfee-44e2-abbe-40e6c6010695}\331799 was sent to queue DIRECT=OS:ap-dco64-uti.bel.centric.lan\private$\in_centric-live2_centric-live_inMessage with ID {1a8a9206-cfee-44e2-abbe-40e6c6010695}\331799 was put into queue DIRECT=OS:ap-dco64-uti.bel.centric.lan\private$\in_centric-live2_centric-live_inMessage received But the message isn’t found in the API. This happens for al messages sent to our mailadres.It looks like it started after restarting the server (but that can be a coincidence.I’ve tried restarting the EMLS

When I select “open UI editor” in Astea v15.3 I don’t get the correct screen. Seems like the graphics are corrupted and can’t use the Customizer (see example attached) 

I am trying to practice IFS APP 10 UPD 12 installation. I have setup a VM with Windows Server 2019 and performed a new installation. The “Prepare Database” and “Deploy Database Objects” steps complete successfully. I am getting above error when trying to login on app9. In the previous occurrence where I got the same error, I restored both APP and DB servers with an image backup. After restoring it worked for about 4 months and I am getting the error again.

Hi all,I’m trying to enable a RMB in aurena page when only selecting multiple records. And it should be disabled for single record selection. I was trying with changing ‘modes’ in commands , but I was not able to solve this. Can anyone help me to reach out this?  Thanks

What are my options in APPS10 to handle a customer order with multiple order lines if we need to ship the items in multiple boxes? Is there a way to track in IFS how many boxes shipped? Currently our Parts department determines how many boxes are needed when they are picking/packing the items. They want a packing list for each box but right now we just put a copy of the delivery note in each box. Any suggestions? Are there any demos?Thank you

Customer Order -  Manual Blocking functionality -Per IFS Help - Block Customer OrderExplanationYou can block an entire customer order by using Manually Block Order in the Operations menu. A requirement for this operation is that the customer order is not in the Invoiced/Closed state.When an order has been blocked, it receives the status Blocked, and limited transactions can be performed.The question is --- what are the “limited transactions”. In other words if we use the manual block function - what transactions are blocked and what are allowed?   We could test, but looking for a definitive list - what transactions are blocked and what’s allowed. Many thanks. 

Hi We are using IFS application 10.Recently we have upgrade Release from 10.2 to Release 12.After this upgrade , any changes in document text in PO also triggering Purchase order change order.Is this is bug or new process update ..? Thanks you. 

I want to bulk upload some new parts (part cat, inv part, sales part), structures & routings.I though there were some standard CSV formats & migration import jobs as part of  the “Apps 9 Toolbox Standard Data Migration Jobs” that allow you to just prepare the data in a specified CVS format and then upload using a standard migration job. Is anyone aware of this? Are there such standard upload CSV templates & jobs? Thanks

One of our customers have just filed for bankruptcy. How do we block the customer in IFS so no orders are received and no invoices are raised? (Customer is not used going forward) Is there a customer status option anywhere in IFS? Currently using IFS Production 9   Thanks
