Hi,In IEE there is a HELP button on the bottom, where can I find such a button in Aurena? Or there is no such a functionality in it?

I am using IFS10, I have a question, there is a problem in the company with shipping racks that we are sending with our products. I have in the system all the products that I have to shipping to the customer but when i send those products they goes with a rack that is expensive and those racks have to come back to us just the product is going to take the customer but the rack’s not. So I don’t know if there is way to put in the system the racks that i am sending with the products to be sure that when they arrive, they come back to us. Each rack have their own serial number but I don’t know a way to putting in the system and for that they appear in a bill of lading or a customer order or some note that the customer can sign to be sure they have those racks and they have to return to us.if somebody have an idea for I can try to set up on the system,  steps to follow, or something please. I will appreciate it. I just want to those racks come back and they won’t disappear.

Hello,I’m trying to get a client script to run on the request screen once the data has been loaded. (FSM 6.5 Smart Client).  I have a simple script with just alert(‘Test’);.  I’ve linked it to different screen events but it never seems to run.  I noticed that all the other baseline scripts linked to the screen are for the web client.  Is it possible to do this with the smart client?Just in case there’s a better way to accomplish my goal, here is what I’m trying to do…I have a YorN check box on the task screen linked to TASK.USER_DEF1.  I also have a checkbox on the request screen which I want to be checked if any of that request’s tasks have it’s box checked..Thanks!

Hi Experts, When an FSM screen is made read-only using security, the buttons on the screen no longer appear.  For example, if I setup a role and make the Request function Read-only, when I open a request, all of the buttons no longer appear.  Buttons that no longer appear include Save, Print, Copy, etc.  My question is, can I have a screen set as read-only using a security role and have the Print button appear on the screen so users can still print the reports to a PDF ? Thanks in Advance !!!

Hi,Looking for some advice and guidance for appointment bookings via PSO.We use FSM and request appointment bookings from PSO. Some appointment requests are what we refer to as 'Rebook'. This is when a task is already scheduled or fixed committed and we look for new appointment bookings.When we do this all the scheduling data is reset. This therefore means any current scheduling data is removed and is causing a few issues, when customers then want to keep the existing appointment.Is there a way of searching for new appointment bookings, retain the existing appointment data and only update when a new booking has been accepted?It might be worth adding we're be using a customised version of the perform_threesixty_appt_request MPM. Any advice will be welcomed.Ady

Lobby Element changing values dynamically based on Filter selection. For Example, we have a lobby element created with list of open Work Orders (requests)By Default it should should all requests, however as soon as you select country, the same lobby element should filter the values based on Country selected and after state is selected, it should show the workorders associated to the selected state. We can definitely create three different lobby elements with First one without condition, second one as request.user_def1 = “$COUNTRY$” (Just as an example)And third one asrequest.user_def1 = “$COUNTRY$”request.user_def2 = “$STATE_PROV$” But is it possible that the 1lobby element behaves in three different ways.I tried with Just the third one and unless you select the values, it will show Zero results (and expectation is it should show the entire list)

Per IFS Update 10 “As Report Comment is now available on time reporting pages, users can easily input the comment for their work order reporting”.  We do not see this option in Time Registration. Did this not come along with the update? For projects you can enter ‘Details on current Row’ but work orders do not have that option.

Is there anyway to remove the ‘Continue’ button that appears on mobile survey statements?  We have many statements in a row (too much text for one statement) and dont want to have to click ‘Continue’ on each one.  In FSM5.7 you didnt need to do this, they all just appeared at once.

Our manufacturing quality group would like to trigger a Control Plan analysis once for each finished good roll (think roll of fabric) that is produced. Seems like a valid business requirement. I  have read the documentation on Sample Frequency Trigger and understand that you can’t create custom trigger types. I have read about Acceptance sampling and don’t think that will do the trick (but maybe I am just missing it.)has anyone done this before? Thanks

Hello, I have setup a Payment method for a Supplier. According to the IFS Help, I can perform a RMB on the method and select Electronic Payment Addresses to enter the information in. However, when I attempt to do this, that option is greyed out. I have checked Permissions and I have full access to the screen. In the help, I do not see any additional prerequisites to add this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
