Hi samirgergis,

The DBCA template should be there as described. Here is a screen shot:

Does your build home have a template folder such as below?

Best regards,

Ben

no I didn’t do it I just follow the steps in the help with fresh installation in the bellow link

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/default.htm?openpage=https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/

could you please send the steps to build home

Hi @samirgergis,

You should have got a build home from IFS. If you haven’t got a IFS Build home please reach the regional contact person and get the IFS Build Home with the components you have purchased. Through the IFS Build home only you could create the IFS Application instance. Once you get the build home from the IFS Region you’ll be able to get the DBCA template from the mentioned path in the document.
