Hi all , We have many supplier open invoices to match SUPOAs. Is there any quick way to match all .? It is very hard to use supplier off-set window to perform manual matching due to large number of open amounts and supplier payments on account. Further , supplier off-set proposal too can not use due to different values in credits and debits of each supplier. Thanks in advance

The client would like to create an interface with Dell Boomi between our Apps 10 and an external software. This interface should create Purchase Order headers and lines in Apps 10.The clientwould like to ask, which API projection can create Purchase Order header and line?  

Hi,A posting control created a voucher that did not fulfill the code part requirements of the posting control account, giving an error status (pictured below). I can approve the voucher but when I run “Update GL Vouchers” I get an error (see below).I am unable to close the period because of this issue. The client uses production in the project  ( Step 1 Project  Step 2  Creation Shop order with relation to  Project Activity).  If semi-finished and finisher products are produced and posted on the Inventory Account  (balance account) , it is not seen as a project cost to the POC.  Do you know any solution ( work around ?) How to include Project Inventory and WiP to POC calculation ?

HiI have created a an invoice from the multi company project reporting by sending the invoice from the employee company to the customer company. When i received the invoice in the external supplier invoice and i try to create the invoice (RMB on line and create invoice) i receive the following error message. Where do i start to analyze it? i also tried to enter a value on the line in every code part to see if a code part is missing. i still get the same error message Error message:The value   used for the code part Account is either missing, is a budget/planning code part value or has invalid time interval. Can someone give me some tipps where i should start to look? Best Regards

Hi All, I have the below scenario: I have received an Advance Payment from the Customer which includes the Tax amount. As there is no Customer Orderrelated to it currently, I am trying to create a Payment in Advance using Mixed Payment window.But the issue is tax for me is calculated using Tax Calculation Structure. In Mixed Payment window there is no such option to connect the required Tax Structure. Hi All,I’m trying to add media to the Serial Object in Apps9, and I believe I’ve set up the object connection correctly. But it wasn’t showing on the serial object page. I therefore logged in as IFSAPP to check it wasn’t a permission issue and I’ve got the same issue, have I done something incorrectly? Please see screen shots below taken when logged in as IFSAPP   

 I have a question about formatting on IFS lobby.I want to add a conditional formatting that when the Balance value  is higher than the budget value it has to be red color. But how can I indicate this in the formatting tab? I am not very familiar with the formatting section.

Hi, My customer want to attach some teachnical pdf file to B2B supplier via “Request for Order Quotation”.I just tried with IFS APP10 UPD10, seems doesn’t work:1. create “Request for Order Quotation”, then  attached “test1.txt” on header ,  “test2.txt” on line.(refer to pic-1)2.  In B2B supplier portal, I do see the RFQ ,  but CANNOT see the attachement.(refer to pic-2)I use RACE and already assigned the IFS_FULL permission to both user.※Beside, I also uploaded attachments from Supplier side,  then IFS APPS side DO see the attachment.Does any one have idea on this?                                                                                     pic-1 (APP10)pic -2 (B2B Supplier)  

We are not a manufacturing organization, but a Project based service organization. We are looking forward to follow a ‘Procurement Plan’ in IFS to align with Project Demands.  I heard that there are things like DDMRP in App10, but not sure how to implement it since we don’t have a manufacturing component. Can someone give me insight into that functionalities in IFS that would fit for us well? Would like to keep it simple too to start with. A test plan with IFS window names would be ideal.Would love to hear from both IFS Consultants and Industry experts like IFS customers.

Hi AllI think since time began (versions 2003, 7.5 and now 9) we have had a single process for all Batch Queues except for the Fast Queue, which has two!I believe I have seen the Deliver function lock itself a few times, as in the fast queue two Deliver transactions can run at the same time. I feel this queue should only have 1 process, if any jobs within have the potential to lock, when running at the same time?Does anyone out there have a Batch Queue with more than one process? if so, what functions do you have in that Queue?Also, we have two Touch Apps queues, but do not currently use touch apps. Has anyone removed/deactivated these? I assume as it is not running it wont hold a process? or perhaps it does?Any advice or just your experience of Batch Queue would be appreciated. I have seen other results on here regarding how many processes set in Oracle etc… that is not a concern for us.ThanksMike

Hi, When starting APB, the system prompts the user to log in again, even if the user is allready logged in to the main client (IFS 10 IEE).Activating SSO doesn’t seem possible for APB. Is there any way this re-login can be avoided?
