Example SV - SV2111120006

Please investigate why calls are disappearing from dispatch console after they have been invoiced.
I rely on visual history on dispatch console and I believe after last server reboot if a call is invoiced it disappears from dispatch console.
In the attachment you can see call is visible that was completed in the morning today but after I invoiced it has disappeared.
I invoiced the call to check this was causing the issue.

Hi Lisa,

Bjørn is correct and it is what we just discussed.

One more observation besides this flag is the default load periods.  When you include history, this does increase the resources needed to maintain the data.  It may be a good idea to reduce the number of days in the past from your current 6 days to say 3 and then the user can expand the load period while in the Dispatch Console if they need to look further back.

Hi Lisa

Check your Dispatch Console Settings. If Load and Display Call from History is disabled, orders will be removed when they are invoiced. Having this activated will cause a heavier load on the Dispatch Console (we have ongoing discussion with our technical team about this)
