Has anyone received this message when trying to create a purchase order? Trying to find where I need to enter this missing attribute.

Have you come across this error message on a purchase requisition?
“The updates could not be performed since the Purchase Requis Line Part record is currently locked. Please retry the operation.”
Could this be that another user was attempting to assign this line at the same time, unknowingly?
