Hi all
I have an issue. i try to send a supplier payment advice via media output email. i do receive an email but with no attachment. here is the event action i created
when i checked the archive all advices has printstatus 0. the ones with the 1 i printed manually from the report archive.
also the application message is fine
does anyone have a clue why i dont get an attachment.

I’m having exactly the same issue. Have you set the attachment up as per this IFS Help Page?

This gives me a PDF File but the file is not generating with any data and can’t be opened by Adobe or a browser. It’s only 1kb in Size rather than the 69kb If I open the file via report archive.
