+8In previous versions of IFS (Apps9, Apps10) , there was an option to use https://rivaengine.com/product/integrations/ to synchronise Calendar, Contact and Tasks between CRM and Outlook.
Is this still available in IFS Cloud ? Is there a need for this synchronization in IFS Cloud?

The Riva solution is not available in Cloud. Instead we have the outlook calendar sync which allows you to link business activities with outlook appointments. When you update the outlook appointment, the changes are synced to the business activity. There is no support for syncing outlook contacts and tasks in IFS Cloud. However, the CRM-panel can show you CRM contacts and tasks from CRM in outlook.
