Tax Ledger Parameters Disabled

Hi,

A polish company was created in IFSCloud 24R2 environment.

The company was created from a source company (that was created from STD-SV) not STD-PL Template.

I am having issues with the Tax Ledger Parameters window. It is disabled for my user.

 

 

I have checked:

  • if accounting periods are open for my user group
  • if I belong to MAX Authority Class
  • if my user has access to authorization combination rules
  • if tax codes are created and valid
  • if tax book exists for this company

Does anyone know what may be missing?

I don’t think it is about the basic data that you have already checked.

Go to company template STD-SV > TAXLED component > TaxLedgerParameter logical unit.

See if there is a line for the template. If you don’t have any, just copy and paste from one of the templates (e.g. STD)

 

Then go to Component Registration window and check if the TAXLED component is active and also TaxLedgerParameter is active in the details. MAke sure they are active.

 

After this, go to company window and find your company. Select Update Company

 

Make sure you select the fields as below and enter Template ID STD-SV and click Next.

 

In next window, first click Deselect All

 

And filter for TaxLedgerParameter LU and Select Marked.

Then finish the process.

 

See if your Tax Ledger Parameter is created.
