In shop order workbench what does it mean when 'Unregistered downtime' displays next to Manual filter by ?

Hi ​@Joymf,

It means that downtime periods are recorded without a cause.

When you have unregistered downtime you can click Register Downtime Cause to enter the downtime cause.

Yathartha,    Thank you!  I see the Register Downtime Cause button.  We did not have any Downtime Causes set up.  Now we do and I was able to register the downtime causes.  The Unregistered Downtime no longer displays.  Thank you for your help.
