Previewing Excel files in cloud

Hi,

I’m trying to preview excel attachments in cloud 21R2 but could not see the preview icon on the attachment pane for excel attachments. for pdf’s it shows and i can preview. Aurena agent also installed but the issue remains the same.

Can someone tell me how to enable it? Please see the screen shot below. HIghligted in yellow the preview icon for pdf’s. But cannot see it against excel documents.

Hi,

There's currently no preview functionality for Excel or any of the other Office file formats. The "image viewer" there currently supports PDF files, images and some audio and video formats.
