Attaching Multiply Documents to a MWO

Good Afternoon,

Can anyone advise if their is a functionality within the Mobile Work Order App for the user to attach multiple documents? The example I have is where an engineer has to return a ticked checklist to show he has followed a specific process. At present the engineer is using the CAMSCAN option on their phones, then emailing the doc back to the office, however this is not linked to the assigned Mobile Work Order. Is there an option available where the user can scan multiple documents and attach to their Work Order? Many thanks for any assistance you can offer. Regards Dave

Hi,

You can attach documents to a work order in MWO. But you can attach one document at a time and if you have multiple documents you will have to repeat the attaching process (i.e. multiple selection of documents in one go is not possible).

You can attach documents to a work order in MWO. But you can attach one document at a time and if you have multiple documents you will have to repeat the attaching process (i.e. multiple selection of documents in one go is not possible).
