Hello,

for a short running project I created a new customer contract.  The orders I will create have an SLA until end of april.

Is it possible to disable the contract once I have created all tickets? Or is there a must to wait until tickets have been fulfilled?

Or can’t the open tickets then not be handled any more?

I want to avoid, that the new contract is used by something else from dispatchers, than for this special orders, that I import. That is the background.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Regards

Torsten

Hi Torsten,

If you are confident all the tickets are created, then you should be able to change the valid to date.  The application should not let you cancel it further back than the existing active orders which relied on having the contract active at the time of order open date.
