Hi,
There's a requirement from a customer to preview the attached documents in a separate pane(like we can preview documents in file explorer).
Example: The customer wants to preview the attached documents in purchase order window, before sending them to the supplier.
Have you come across such kind of requirement? Any suggestion ?

This has been pointed out in below post as well:
Accordingly, you should be having the preview option (icon with an eye) for PDF files, images and some audio and video formats. But NOT for the MS office files.
