Hello,

We have a new HR user who is unable to see historical absences before her employed date. 
Are there any setups to control this? Can you please advise? This is in IFS App9 UPD16.

Hi,

To see transactions, expenses, absences and such before the date she was employed she needs addition HR access assigned. There are several options:

  • Assign her organizational assignment as secondary from an earlier date
  • Assign an HR administrator role in Supervisor Access - Setup from an earlier date
