Hello Community,I have created some qualifications with an Expiring Qualification reminder template.I can see the expiring qualifications, but the system doesn’t send any notifications.Are you aware of an extra setup? Maybe an event?Thank you!  

I would like to report machine time through machine clocking in Shop Floor Workbench (SFWB), but report labor time based on received quantity (if this is possible).  I have set the work center Time Reporting Settings as follows:where Auto Report Labor Time with Qty is set to Always.  When I test this, I start production on the Shop Order through SFWB and select Machine Time only.  I then go to Approve the operation and receive the reserved Lot Batch with Auto Report of Operations selected.However, when I review the Labor and Operation history, there is no labor reported.  I was assuming that having Auto Report Labor Time with Qty would result in labor reported (transaction code LABOR_RPT) per the standard based on the received quantity.  However, all that is reported is the OPFEED transaction with qty and machine time.  Is what I am expecting mistaken, or is there a setting that I have missed?

Hello everyone We have a strange occurrence whereby the cost recognized is different from the actual cost for a project that is POC Income First. The first line for example, shows actual cost of 4,450.71 but the calculated cost recognized accumulated is 23,801.66 . My understanding is that if it is POC Inecome First then the cost that will be recognized will be equal to the actual cost. Would anyone have an idea of what would cause such a discrepancy in this case? Any thoughts would be appreciated.    

Hi, we want to implement Large Order Quantity check.I would like to get some fields. Can someone please help me to get the right value in DB?  On Hand Qty for a part, I found it in table IFSAPP.INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK_TAB, but it can have multiple rows because of receiving part. But I would like to get a sum amount of a part like IFS showing in page. Should I sum all the rows relate to the same Part_NO? Or I can get it from some other places? Dose Catalog_No in IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE_TAB is as same as Part_No?

I am trying to setup Functional areas in SOD. Can someone please tell me what is different between the New and the New__ methods in an API. Which should I select?  

When I create a task for a follow up for myself, it doesn’t trigger a notification on the notification panel. User will need to go to Tasks to see it. If someone else is assigned, the notification will be triggered.  Is this a known limitation (Customer version is 24R2)?

Hello,We are using DOP for configurable manufactured parts. We want to manage the configuration of a lower-level component outside of DOP structure. However, it seems that even if the sub-component doesn't have a DOP configuration profile, the system still generates a requests from the DOP header.Does anyone have experience with this or a potential solution?" Thank 

In Apps 10 Enterprise explorer we would like users to be prompted to enter some of our custom field when they create an MRB case using the wizard on the Quantity in stock right mouse button to create an MRB case. Is this functionality available in Apps 10 or will Aurena all you to do this in Apps 10?

Our PM Plans were setup wrong during implementation and have caused a headache with demand planning.  This is going to be a very large project to clean up.However, we still want to us Min/Max order points.  However, the demand is throwing off the reorders.Is there a way to ignore demand and just use the Min/Max just based on what we have on the shelf.So, I want a part to have a 2/4 min/max.  When we hit 2 on the shelf, initiate a purchase requisition to get back up to 4.  Ignoring all demand out there on work orders, etc.

Hello, I know that It is possible to create consolidated pick list for shop orders in two ways:use the Create Pick List(s) for Shop Order(s).  Select the relevant shop orders from page Shop Orders and click to create Pick List Report.   Is there a way to create a pick list per WO ? Using IFS Cloud, is there a way to keep company owned and consignment stock in the same inventory location? There is a toggle under site/warehouse management to allow multiple owners for inventory part, but this does not seem to work as stated

I am trying to update a record in PL/SQL because our users cannot do it on IEE. They said it freezes. So I got the PL/SQL trace, but when I try to run it, it gives this error:How can I unlock this record?

Am not so familiar with the customer credit invoicing in IFS and am wondering how I can part credit a customer invoice? Is that possible or do I need to credit the full value of the invoice and then re-issue a new invoice for the correct amount? We have scenarios when customers can accept a full delivery or choose to return part of the order, and we need to create credit invoices for just the part returned.Thanks for help in advance 

Hello community! We are considering use of DOP for our MTO parts.  We have been experimenting with the DOP features and are stumped with the netting.Part X is DOP.In our scenario, we have 1000 units of part X in inventory that is not reserved or pegged to any order. My demand for part X is 5000 units.When I check in DOP, the system is still telling me to create 5000 units, and the DOP system has generated a shop order for this quantity as well.How do I get the order for part X to net against existing inventory and only release an order for 4000 units?I am currently working in IFS Apps 10, moving to cloud in early 2026.Thank you!Robin

Now, we want this procedure to be triggered every day at 8 PM. Users are randomly encountering a 400 BadRequest error when attempting to log in to IFS Cloud 23R1. This error prevents affected users from successfully logging in. The environment consists of a cluster configuration with three application servers, and client terminals connect to the application gateway during login.The error is random and temporary, occurring inconsistently across different devices and users; it may stop on one device and start on another, even among terminals with identical settings on the same network, and while it sometimes resolves itself after a wait, clearing the browser cache does not help, with no correlation to the time of day.

Hello, I’m currently using the 25r1 ifs demo env. with PSO but I have the following issue: Example 1.I made a shift template with a Break from 12:00 till 13:00 > generated Schedule and capacity.I can see breaks Exist = Yes from 12:00 till 13:00, after that I did a full load of the scheduling dataset but I keep having the problem that PSO is showing that the break is from 11:00 till 12:00.Example 2.If i for example set the break time in the shift pattern template from 09:00 till 13:00 it shows in PSO 08:00 till 12:00I’m a bit lost in why or where this 11:00 / 12:00 data is comming from atm and hoping someone can tell me what im missing. 😓 Example 1.Example 2. Community, We are phasing out our current delivery address, and create a new one in Company. Below screenshot in Company window, we are totally closing down address ID 50, so we put this address Valid to Date to yesterday date, and we created a new address id 60, and we make address id 60 as the default Delivery Address. see below screenshot.Address ID 50 are phased outAddress ID 60 the issue is, when I am opening a new PO, or PR convert to PO, system always use 50 as the default delivery address. that’s really annoying.System still fetch default address ID 50Did we miss anything?  Thank you.

We are using customized mobile profiles more and more. As of now we use the same profile for SAs in different countries (profiles). Are there any issues we should be aware of when it comes to using custom fields from Alliance in Mobile Customizer? We have situations where the same field is added in to all profiles, but the data is different (eg. a field named Filter 1 on Installed Item), and this will have different data in the different ptrofiles, but it seems in Astea Mobile that the data shown does not belong to the right profile: we may have Filter 1 values “Big filter”, “Medium filter”, “Small filter”  in one profile, but only value “Medium filter” in another. Still all 3 values are shown as an option on Astea mobile for an Installed Item belonging to the latter profile. We need to be sure that we don’t get any data cross-contamination.Would it be adviceable to use a Mobile Custom profile per Astea profile?

We often create service orders that we want to have back with status “Need Audit” after they have been finalized by the SA. We now rely on the SA to flag it, and of course this fails from time to time.Is there an easy way to flag certain orders (upon manual creation) for Audit?
